Hotel Reginella    

very nice place

Upon arriving we were treated with very friendly staff. There was Nothing that they wouldn't do for us to make our stay Comfortable. They even Stored bottles of Wine for us In their fridge that we had Purchased elsewhere. An amazingly pretty family owned Boutique hotel.

Everything! The room we had was huge,spacious and, beautiful with great views!Loved it! The staff especially Tony, Moritzio and Anton were so great! PLUS THE GIRLS THAT WORKED THE BREAKFAST ROOM WERE GREAT!

Loved it all! one suggestion would be to mix up the breakfast stuff A little bit. when you are there for 4 plus days it gets A little boring! hard boiled eggs would be A nice add!

Hotel was great, had everything, and the family owners were winderful hosts, very helpful with information, reservations, very polite and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, rooms were very nice, clean, well furnished and with wonderful views of the hillside and Mediterranean.

The view from our room was unreal. Words can't describe! The staff was great! They had a parking service so renting a car and parking was easy.

Excellent and helpful staff. Location was perfect. View was magnificent.

The beds were very uncomfortable, very narrow and always felt as if falling out of bed.

Everything, the room, with a nice view to the bay, the location, close to the center and restaurants and a way down to the beach and the staff.

A little bit expensive, but Positano is more expensive than the rest of the towns in the area in general.

Great position half way up the hill meant we got fantastic views and only had to walk up 360 steps to get home. Having the road out the front of the hotel made it easy to get to with all our luggage.

Staff was amazing - friendly and helpful with information and restaurant reservations, breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Good location

The family owners were the best!!! We felt like family after being there for a few days! They went out of their way to make our stay in Positano, Italy SO special!! We would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Not much

The room stunk of pure alcohol, it was overwhelming and made us wonder what other smell they were trying to cover up. There was no phone, no fridge or mini bar, the bed was hard and we both got really itchy, no hot water to shower morning or night, the towels were like sand paper, rooms were not sound proof at all so we could here everything including a domestic fight upstairs at about 3am, needless to say it was a horrible nights sleep. The young guy on the reception counter can't speak or understand english and it was impossible to communicate with him. Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment, we wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Friendly staff, pictures on the Internet were a true representation of the hotel. No problem too small for staff to assist with. Close to restaurant and deli.

No laundry to wash clothes, couldn't get use to the cotton towels instead of toweling towels.

Location and Service. Positano is a wonderful place. Hotel Reginella is very well located with access to stairs leading to the beach right in front. Service was gteat, the owner took care of our luggage and even arranged to have our car delivered to the front door when we were leaving. This is a big plus in Positano. When you go visit you'll understand why. Breakfast wasincluded and there are many good restaurants nearby.

The room we rented was more like an apartment, it could fit up to 5 people and was detached from the main hotel. That apartment was outdated and had a bit of smell. It was very clean though, ac unkts worked well and beds were good. This was insignificant.

Fantastic location on the cliff with wonderful views of the Ocean. Nice rooms with good sized balconies. Breakfast was nice and the hotel staff was very helpful. Good value for Positano Hotels. Rooms were large for Europe and nicely decorated. Positano is a must for anyone trvelling to italy. Spend a few days there or more if you can.

The view from the room outside is pretty good. Also their employees are very kind and help giving. The hotel is actually located on a busy street with very beautiful view on the beach and the church.

They should supply more facility in the room, ex water heater. And the air conditioner is quite old in my room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. View from the balcony was fantastic. The bar (and the prices!) was fantastic. The stairs down to the beach were a great short cut and the walk back wasn't too bad. There are some great restaurants around the hotel as well.

Being picky but ... A bar fridge would be nice so we wouldn't have to go up and den the stairs for drinks!

I recommend this Hotel,great view from top floor,friendly stuff english speaking. Late breakfast till 11am,two star Hotel good as a four star Hotel.Free wi-fi at room hotel. Its worth to visit that place even for wekend ;-)
