The front desk staff was lovely - incredibly helpful to us during our entire stay. We were with a big group of Americans staying at the hotel for a wedding, and the front desk staff helped us with everything (especially taxis). And, they all spoke English - thank you! I loved our bathroom (room 307). And, the grounds and view were simply stunning. My friend's room was a little shabby - torn bedcover, kind of old and beat up furniture (room 303) but then again, we were only paying 90 euro a night for her room. I thought the food at the restaurant could have been a little better given that the food generally in Italy seems to be SO spectacular. I got that feedback from a few people. |

Poor customer service. The bathroom smelled like mold and the towels were the similar to a cloth dinner napkins. The walls between the rooms are paper thin - no sound proofing whatsoever. |

la reception ha fatto del suo meglio per trovarci una stanza quanto meno con vasca da bagno senza buchi... non considero l'albergo un 4 stelle. i bagni sono datati. la colazione non è accettabile. dormire in una stanza con moltissime zanzare non è concepibile anche se immerso nel verde... |

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist kompetent und wirklich freundlich gewesen. Leider habe ich für die negative Bewertung keinen Platz mehr muss daher hier fortsetzten, denn einige Punkte gehören noch erwähnt. Pool - Wasserqualität schlecht und daher trüb! Morgenbuffet - unter jeder Kritik und lieblos zubereitet. Leider hat uns beiden - Christian Weingartner und Fr. Angela Jirik nichts in diesem Hotel Gefallen. Die Zimmer die ich und meine Klientin bewohnten sind abgewohnt- besonders die Badezimmer. Wenn auch nicht ungemütlich, jedoch sind sie, was das Preisleistungsverhältnis betrifft, für ein 4Stern Hotel nicht mehr zu akzeptieren. |

E' fuori città ma vicino al centro, si raggiunge il cuore di Firenze in 10 minuti ma la sera si dorme in campagna, c'è la piscina e con il clima di Firenze d'estate non è cosa da poco. |
