Convenient location near Florence. Shuttle bus service into Florence. Pleasant surroundings. Not clean - floors especially scuzzy, furniture was dusty and a bit banged up. Room smelled strongly of smoke, however, they were pleasant about providing an alternate room. |

The front desk staff was lovely - incredibly helpful to us during our entire stay. We were with a big group of Americans staying at the hotel for a wedding, and the front desk staff helped us with everything (especially taxis). And, they all spoke English - thank you! I loved our bathroom (room 307). And, the grounds and view were simply stunning. My friend's room was a little shabby - torn bedcover, kind of old and beat up furniture (room 303) but then again, we were only paying 90 euro a night for her room. I thought the food at the restaurant could have been a little better given that the food generally in Italy seems to be SO spectacular. I got that feedback from a few people. |

広い庭。古い建物のわりにはしっかり手入れされていた。フィレンツェまで車で15分程度、車での利用は便利- 。 レストランを利用していないのに、チャージされていた。クレームするとレストランのスタッフがきて、人数も- あっているし利用したでしょうと言われた。近くのレストランで食事したレシートを見せて違うと主張したが、- レストランスタッフは不満そうであった。フロントスタッフは謝ったがとても四星ホテルの対応とは思えない。- |

Nein, es gab nichts was mir an diesen Hotel wirklich gut gefallen hat. In diesem Hotel gibt es Blut an den Badvorhang, angerissene Bettdecken, Staubwolken unterm Bett und schlimmste Frühstücksbüffet was ich je gesehen habe. Und das für ein 4sterne Hotel!!! |

De shuttle van het hotel naar het centrum van Firenze. De vriendelijke dienstverlening. De netheid van het was- en beddegoed en van de badkamer. Kamers gelegen in het groen. Een rechtstreekse deur op een buitenterras. |

le cadre est très agréable, bcp d'espace, la piscine, les différents endroits de verdure.... Extrêmement déçu des soirées données au bord de la piscine 3 jours sur les 4 où nous sommes dans cet hôtel. Un bruit terrible et extrêmement dérangeant le soir, la musique donnait beaucoup trop fort et même portes fermées, impossible de fermer l'oeil avant la fin de la soirée cad, minuit! Un peu tard pour pouvoir passer des nuits reposantes et se lever tôt pour profiter de sa journée! A 300 euros la nuit, c'est cher payé pour avoir un tel tintamarre! |

De behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het eten was heel goed (goede kok) maar de kaart was onvoldoende gevarieerd. Misschien een verbetering: een dagmenu. De eerste 3 dagen was de kamer niet proper. Daarna was er een ander team en was de kamer heel proper. Ook was het draadloos Internet gedurende 3 dagen buiten gebruik. |

le cadre du jardin + piscine et les chambres. Le petit déjeuner était excellent en qualité et variété ! Le Wi-Fi ne coutait en fait que 1€ de l'heure et le compteur en oubliait un peu ! La distance à Florence est un peu longue, bien que correcte en prenant l'autobus (toutes les 20 minutes) et en allant au terminal prendre un billet au forfait de plusieurs jours. |

Ένα άνετο, πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, για γαλήνιες μέρες και νύχτες, πολύ κοντά στη μοναδική όσο και ασφυκτικά γεμάτη με κίνηση και ανθρώπους Φλωρεντία. Η παραμονή μας εκεί, είμασταν έξι, σε τέσσερα εξαιρετικά δωμάτια, πραγματικά μας εντυπωσίασε. Κάτι με το πρωινό, ίσως κάτι με το εστιατόριο γενικά. Χωρίς παρ'όλα αυτά να υπάρχει τίποτα συγκεκριμένα άσχημο. |

la reception ha fatto del suo meglio per trovarci una stanza quanto meno con vasca da bagno senza buchi... non considero l'albergo un 4 stelle. i bagni sono datati. la colazione non è accettabile. dormire in una stanza con moltissime zanzare non è concepibile anche se immerso nel verde... |
