The staff was very friendly and helpful and kind. The toilet seat is very hi, the legs are almost in the air when one sits on it. Every sound in the bathroom is heard clearly in the room, and the shower is not comfortable. The breakfast is really poor. |

A small, friendly, welcoming, comfortable and well run hotel. Ideal location within easy walking distance to the sights of old Florence, yet within a quiet area of the city. Disappointing, poor breakfast. Coffee not good. |

A small family hotel close to the centre of Florence with great character and facilities. The advertised parking, whilst accurate can be more expensive than advertised and is certainly not cheap. |

Ligging t.o.v. centrum Florence en trein is goed. Kamer is ruim en schoon. Ontbijtfaciliteit is matig tot slecht (oud, voorverpakt brood, weinig keus, koffie uit koffieautomaat!) Handdoeken in badkamer hadden meer weg van thedoeken. |
