Fair enough to tell us that the location is 20 minutes from the old town Dirty room, fungus in bathroom, didn't have the professionnalism to empty the garbage from custumers before. Don't worry, I'm not a competitor, I have enough pictures to show you!!! Total rippoff, definitly not a 3 or 4 star hotel

There's a good parking lot for people driving a car. The room is very clean and comfortable. It is a little bit far from Firenze's touristic places, if you are planning to walk.

The staff was helpful, they speak english and has city map and bus ticket (the bus stop is very close and the line goes directly to the city centre). The car parking is quite big, but not free (cheaper than on the street). The breakfast was sufficient. Between the booking and the traveling the hotel became a four-star hotel. We feel it in the rate of the city tax, but not in the services: there wasn't any glass in the room and the bed was broken (they changed it when we told them).

Camera arredata discretamente con cassaforte frigobar (prezzi alti), bagno moderno appena ristrutturato con ottimi sanitari sospesi, televisore led schermo piatto, letto molto comodo, biancheria e teleria da bagno ineccepibili.Personale cortese e competente. Ottima palestra con attrezzature tecnogym modernissime. Colazione di ottima qualità ed abbondante in qualsiasi orario. Un pò lontano dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Penso proprio che ci ritornerò.

Bonne situation géographique Murs de l'hotel très fins , on peut participer aux conversations des voisins !! Douche pas très propre au niveau des joints . taxe de séjour en plus ( rajouter 10€ pour 2 personnes par nuits ) et pas de parking gratuit !!!

la colazione niente di eccezionale in quanto necessita, a mio avviso di una ristrutturazione a livello impiantistico, eliminare la moquette nelle camere, adeguare i bagni eliminando la vasca, eliminare i letti accoppiati

Ho trascorso in questo hotel due notti per Capodanno, personale molto educato e disponibile, Camere spaziose e molto pulite, seppure distante dal centro ha la fermata del bus a pochi metri! Decisamente ottimo!!!!

Anche se solo per tre notti, e di giorno ero sempre a girovagare con amici, nei pochi istanti passati con lo staff dell'hotel la loro cordialità e gentilezza è inequivocabile. La mia stanza aveva il televisore come quello che ho io in camera a casa mia, si una sciocchezza, ma gradevole !! La impeccabile cura della zona ristorante, dove ho fatto colazione ben volentieri data la disponibilità ottima di chi la gestiva. Invogliava la mia presenza mattutina . La posizione è veramente strategica, un po imboscata e pur vicino a strade abbastanza battute da macchine gode di una tranquillità favolosa, e notare che la mia stanza affacciava su una strada. Può esser che sia ben insonorizzato come hotel quindi altro punto a favore. Ci tornerò senz'altro. La posizione del televisore rispetto al letto !! in camera mi godo il televisore quindi deve esser posizionato di fronte non a lato preciso con la linea del muro del bagno, un po' troppo scomodo, nulla di troppo negativo comunque ma una logica di sistemazione del mobilio e dei vari accessori come tv ecc dovrebbe esser presa sempre in considerazione.

“Excellent Hotel. I couldn't believe that for so little money i could find such a beautiful hotel for my stay in Florence. The hotel is just 2 km from the city center. The room, very cozy, so modern designed, very comfortable, clean, the furniture brand new and the free WiFi extremely fast. A huge balcony with a breathtaking view to an ancient tower and the Florence hill. The staff very polite and ready to help you with any kind of information. Generally i am completely satisfied.
