To be fair we only ate breakfast and slept there so not much to qualify an answer - best part would be standing on the roof watching a firework display. The waitress in the morning was lovely always singing The walk into town was okay but the walk back was hard going after you had done nothing else all day...positive note I saw more of Florence staying on the outskirts than I would if we had opted for a hotel in the city centre. |

Helpful staff, privacy and slightly reduced cost of staying in one of the annex rooms and excellent buffet breakfast. Shower curtains are a tad dated and unhygienic and it would improve guests's opinion and experience of their stay tremendously if this was replaced. |

Not so bad for the money we paid, we had a room on the ground floor with a balcony looking the green yard. There is parking there, but it is about 2 km from the city center. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk there. |

The breakfast was very good. The room was fine. Hotel had close-by bus stop for a quick trip into the old city. Was able to get bus tickets at the hotel desk. Parking availability on site was a big plus. Our room was warm. Availability of a fan would have been good. (We were there in April.) |

Friendly multilingual reception and breakfast staff. Spacious and warm room. Good location a bit further from the centre of town but a lovely stroll along the river. Great coffee! Parking was reasonably priced. |

The hotel is very good, room was very big (taking into account the price) with a huge terrace (we took double dependence room). A neighborhood is quiet, a bus stop to the city center is about 100 meters. Breakfast is quite substantial. Overall, I'd definitely return there again. |

Nice small hotel in quiet neighbourghood. Large parking places. Bus stop in next street, though we walked to the city centre. Helpfull staff. Due one-way streets man should have little patience finding the write route, if you're within navigation system. |

It wasn't clean,the room was dirty,we asked for a non-smoking room and when we arrived it smelled like someone had smoked 1 hour before.I asked the receptionist that came with us if that room was a non-smoking room,he answered without blinking,yes.It was mold in the bathroom,the walls looked like it were about to fall |

The courtesy of the staff. I have stayed at the hotel dependence, which costs something less only because it is in a separate building, still within the same facility. I reccomend it because it's worth paying less money for spending 20 seconds more in accessing the hotel exitways Rooms looked dated, in particular the bathroom. |

The terrace in front of our room and the breakfast included. The parking space for our car. The walk to downtown Florence was not so interesting so it made it feel longer than it really was. |
