The ambience was good easily accessible by public transport cleaniness was good and rooms very quite big enough the staff was friendly enough to provide milk to my dear son at night

The lady at front desk was a bit rude closing of parking gate on weekends and asking to open for it at reception over and over again is irritating

Not luxurious but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was nice, our double room was clean and had a balcony.

Hotel was selected because we drove to Florence, however it was very hard to find location in car because of small one- way streets. Hotel charges 10 euros for parking. Also very long walk, over 30 minutes, from attractions to hotel. Make sure you have comfortable shoes and energetic kids.

Easy to get to the location, decent very basic breakfast, single room was small but comfortable.

Was charged for having a guest sit at breakfast with me, was not informed of a €9 per day breakfast charge for guests until checkout. Which is an expensive charge anyway for a the limited breakfast provided.

Too far from historic attractions in city

The hotel was very nice and although further from the city sights than had been indicated, it was within a 35 minute walk along the river. The breakfasts were excellent in a very nicely appointed restaurant. The fact that parking was available at a reasonable price made it easy since we were travalling by private car.

It was extremely difficult to lacate by car.

The hotel actually looks and feels like 2 star hotel, not 4 star! Rooms are overused and interior details are broken. The air is unclean, personnel is low qualified and breakfast buffet - sad and poor. The feelings were like you would be cheated and fooled and this leaves bad memories about Firenze (Florence). This hotel I would not recommend to any traveler, especially my friends.

The reception was excellent- Messrs Nicoletta and Roberto and worthy of mention was the lady server at the breakfast lounge named Lucia. She was very helpful and makes you feel welcomed. The parking is good and location is excellent away from the noise of the city centre. .

The wi-fi and Internet connections was non-existent to say the least. Guests were coming down to the lobby to access the wi-fi and asking each other if they were connected or not. The computers in the computer room had no Internet connections as well, the wireless router was rebooted several times to no avail. So, communication is poor for business and leisure guests overall therefore Booking dotcom and the hotel owe guests an apology for advertising a non-functional feature.

The water in the buthroom didn't flow. I called the staff then he came my room and he repaired it immediately. The breakfast was very simple, but the lady staff is very kindness. Bus stop was near hotel in walking distance.

Car parking fee is 10 euro per day. It's a little bit high.

We chose the hotel as a combination of price and as a compromise between nearness to the city and convenient and safe car parking. The latter was perfect. Despite a convenient bus service, access to the city was a little tiresome if one wanted to go there at night to dine out. Walking would be fine if one is fit and energetic. The nearby restaurant, a few steps away, is competitive with the city establishments for food and better on price, but little English spoken. A short walk away towards the city is a more expensive restaurant on the banks of the river, with English speaking staff. The hotel itself was fine, providing everything required. The staff were very good, and, in particular, the lady on reception most of the time we were there was excellent - along with general advice for our visit she helped recover a misplaced camera. The city sightseeing bus tour is worthwhile, both for its own sake and as a means of transport - with judicious use it can be used to get one half-way back from the city to the hotel.

It seems a little far out of town until one gets transport sorted.

Hotel personel was helpfull, clean comfortable and large rooms. Breakfast was ok.

Not convinced 4 star, but great place.

Localisation is good, you can easily reach to the city by bus (14). You can obtain the bus ticket from the reception. Also, the hotel offers very cheap daily parking (10 euros per day).

Room was very poor, it should be developed. We stayed in the attachment, it was a little bit cold, and room and bed were not clear. The hotel (at least the attachment part) is not deserve 4 stars. 2 stars? May be. You don't think like a normal 4 stars hotel, otherwise you may be disappointed.

lo staff poco sorridente.... anzi direi di una tristezza !!! In Tv si vedevano solo 5 canali ,il resto taboù.

Franchement, pas grand chose à part le petit déjeuner du matin qui était correct.

Il est fait mention ceci dans la description de l'hotel "Vous pourrez rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 minutes de marche en longeant la rivière Arno", hors cela est tout faut. Il faut compter 45 à 50 minutes de marche pour atteindre le centre ville (vis-à-vis le pont des orfèvres). Une des préposées à l'accueil était des plus désagréable et plutôt condescendante. Le grand lit était composé de deux petits lits simples, l'un était ferme et en bon état, le second était complètement pourri, impossible de se rejoindre au centre.

Достаточно просторный двухкомнатный номер. Рядом можно найти, где покушать. Неплохой завтрак.

Рецепция и номера находятся в разных зданиях, что неудобно. Номер прокуренный, хотя мы бронировали для некурящих, у нас маленький ребенок. Самое неприятное, что все шкафчики кухни кроме двух были закрыты на замки! Зачем делать в номере кухню, если ею нельзя пользоваться. Не очень чисто. Душ стекает в пол, скользко и холодно.

Fiquei espantada como esse hotel recebeu 4 estrelas, não tem nada pra citar como gostei, nada a acrescentar.

Banheiro pequeno com cortina de plastico no box, varanda imunda nem dava pra pisar, pura poeira preta. O café da manhã é de dar risada, os mesmos croassaints e geleias em potinhos, uns fiambres feios e torradinhas de pacote. Eu quero saber como isso pode ser 4 estrelas??? Mas o preço é salgado. Fica na periferia de Florença, uns 15 minutos de onibus.

La dependance dove ho soggiornato non è assolutamente a livello dell'albergo 4 stelle. Forse 2, dovrebbe costare molto meno

Hotelul este foarte curat, are o parcare mare si se poate ajunge usor in centru cu autobuzul.

Posizione e pulizia

Abbiamo soggiornato nel "Grifoncino Suites" in una camera al quarto piano molto rumorosa (ascensore di fianco, rumori di spostamento mobili dall'alto, pulizie nella stanza di fianco al mattino presto)
