My stay at the hotel was comfortable. I think it was listed as a 4 star, but it did not compare to others I have used in that category. It had a kitchenette, but that did not work. The air conditioning worked some of the time and was too noisy to leave on while sleeping. There was a terrace that was comfortable. I didn't feel it was as clean as I would like. The few problems weren't enough to file a complaint. The good points overshadowed them. |

Beautiful building and setting. Within walking distance to attractions. Fabulous room and bathroom very large with sitting area and hob. Comfortable. huge Bed very comfortable. |

It is a strange configuration, old but very elegant building with palazzo. Rooms where ok and breakfast was good. Fast service. Friendly staff. Internet WIFI should be more professional. I good not get connected. |

die Grosszügigkeit der Lage, des Eingangsbereichs, die Statuen, die zwei Gebäude, ein antikes, elegantes Palazzo und ein raffiniertes, modernes Gebäude. Die Bar, architektonisch gelungen. ja. die Sauberkeit und die Instandshaltung sind einfach mangelhaft. Die Bäder sind alt, vernachlässigt und nicht gut ausgestattet. Überall ungepflegt. Der allgemeiner Zustand ist der Schönheit der Kulisse und der vier Sternen nicht würdig. |

Een prachtige studio met terras met apart slaap en zitgedeelte. Perfecte ligging in het centrum met een prima parkeergarage. De kamer zou een nieuw verfje kunnen gebruiken. |

Das Hotel war sehr schön und leise (in Innenhof schauend). Garage direkt dabei (um 21 Euro/Nacht). Zimmer war schön und sauber, sogar mit kleiner Tür und Geländer mit Blick in den Innenhof. Lage ist sehr gut, man wohnt am Rand der Innenstadt, nicht viel los und viele nette Lokale drumherum. 10 min zu Fuß in die Stadt. Frühstück nur bis 9.30h und das in einem 4* Hotel!! Wir hatten einen super Preis, dafür war es okay, wenn man allerdings den Regulär-Preis zahlen muss, ist das Hotel VIEL (!) zu teuer für das Gebotene. Nicht einmal frischer Kaffee beim Frühstück, sondern im 10L Wärmer am Buffet. Pulver-Orangensaft. Klimaanlage musste im Sicherungskasten deaktiviert werden, weil Steuerung nicht geht! |

Obwohl Check-In erst ab 15:00 Uhr ist, durften wir schon um 11:30 Uhr in unser Zimmer. Als uns das erste nicht gefiel, bekamen wir ohne Probleme ein anderes, wesentlich schöneres. Das erste Zimmer, welches wir gezeigt bekamen, war sehr klein und roch extrem nach Putzmittel. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht freundlich. Leider gab es weder Balkon noch Terasse zum draussen sitzen. Wir beobachten, wie die Tischdecken beim Frühstück gewechselt wurden. Die Decke, welche auf den Boden fiel, wurde von dem MA aufgehoben und dennoch aufgelegt. |
