Very central, easy parking, esp for first timers with kids and luggage to load and unload, can do it right in front of hotel entrance. Not much variety for breakfast, only cakes, bread n pastries served. Should at least serve eggs.

The room size was great and it was very clean. the stay was very good The internet a bit slow and our window opened above the smoking area which made the room smell of smoke.

Fabulous room, very large & a perfect location for visiting the city . Only 10-15min walking to the city center. Street noise, parking facilities. For a small car it's ok but for a big one is a nightmare! The breakfast is reasonable only.

The room was spacious and comprised of two small bedrooms and a living room. Although the outside temperature exceeded 100 degrees Farenheit, the air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was rather extensive and quality of food excellent. The location was reasonably good and close to major attractions in Florence. The structure appeared to be old, elevators were small to the extent that we had to go up and down a few times to take our luggage to our room. Most rooms did not have internet connection and residents gathered in the hotel lobby to gain access to the internet.

Was lucky and got apartment-like room with terrace. Very fast repsonse of service (heating did not work, but it was me using it incorrectly). Very clean rooms. Some Front-Desk staff friendly but with a touch of arrogance. Other stuff very friendly. (Bath)Room/furniture not 4-star standard, but very clean.

The superior double room is amazing! Very big! We felt like if we were home. Good breakfast. Good location for those who are travelling by car, because has a big garage an you can go everywhere just walking. The room was very good but not so clean. The floor was dirty and soiled our feet. But bathroom was ok!

La verdad es que no tengo mucho que me haya gustado. Creo que le sobran al menos 2 estrellas. Pesimo desayuno, habitaciones antiguas y con poca inversion para el mantenimiento. Internet un desastre. Esta muy mal calificado con 4estrellas. Coincido con otros comentarios que le sobra al menos 2 estrellas. No lo recomiendo a nadie!!!!

Está ubicado en un antiguo Palazzo Italiano El desayuno es bastante limitado para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas: jamon en dulce, mortadela, queso tipo "tranchete", algunos pasteles, fruta del tiempo y yogures (pocos y poco variados). Ningun alimento caliente, ni huevos.

Grande entrée/terrasse avec qq tables , jardin, grande chambre (20m2), 15 min à pieds de la gare et du centre historique, fraicheur du batiment (ancien palais). Literie pas mal. Sourires du personnel. Petit dejeuner est assez reduit si vous aimez le salé (pas d'oeufs, pain pas tres bon). En revanche il y a bcp de choses sucrées (gateaux, croissants, tartes, etc.). Par moment trop de monde, la salle resonne bcp. Deco de la chambre est un peu monacal. Marques de saleté sur les murs dans l'entree et dans la chambre. Un coup de peinture pourrait bien arranger les choses.

Il personale è molto cordiale e qualificato. Pur essendo una struttura centrale è molto comodo accedervi in auto ed ha spazi molto comodi per manovrare nonchè per lo scarico e il carico dei bagagli. Anche le camere sono spaziose e silenziose.

Cortesia e disponibilita' del personale. Collegamento ad internet gratuito. Comodo parcheggio in garage a soli 10 euro, che per Firenze è un costo minimo. Ottima la colazione. A soli 10 minuti di cammino dal centro storico. Le foto presenti su Booking ti fanno pensare di dover alloggiare in un hotel di charme, ma nella realta' solo l'ingresso dell'hotel risponde allo standard di un quattro stelle. Le camere sono modeste, I pavimenti, il bagno e l'arredamento sono quelli di un modesto tre stelle (questo per quanto riguarda l'edificio definito Palazzo Ricasoli, quello con I portici).Di fronte c'e' l'edificio Hotel Ricasoli (con la facciata rivestita in legno) che è ancora peggio (l'arredamento e' modestissimo, degno di un hotel a due stelle).
