Hotel Palazzo Ricasoli  

Very central, easy parking, esp for first timers with kids and luggage to load and unload, can do it right in front of hotel entrance.

Not much variety for breakfast, only cakes, bread n pastries served. Should at least serve eggs.

Hotel was good, staff was gentle and breakfast is fine. The hotel is near termini station which is every convenient and also near a metro station. There are supermarkets nearby as well.

The room size was great and it was very clean. the stay was very good

The internet a bit slow and our window opened above the smoking area which made the room smell of smoke.

The locaciones it is excellent!

The maintenance of the hotel it is quite of poor to be a three stars hotel

The superior double room is amazing! Very big! We felt like if we were home. Good breakfast. Good location for those who are travelling by car, because has a big garage an you can go everywhere just walking.

The room was very good but not so clean. The floor was dirty and soiled our feet. But bathroom was ok!

Bel Palazzo in zona tranquilla, a 10 minuti di cammino dal Duomo per cui ottima posizione per visitare la citta' ;noi eravamo in un gruppo si 8 persone e le stanze erano molto spaziose, ottima la colazione

stanze troppo calde che avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione e piu' cura nei dettagli, in quanto l' hotel si propone come un 4 stelle .per il resto nulla da dire.

buena ubicación, desayuno bueno, internet gratis (no frecuente en italia) esta a 500mts de La Academia y a 900 del Duomo, cerca de la calle San Lorenzo donde hay muchos restaurantes. Nos dieron una suite muy agradable, pedimos que subiesen la temperatura por la noche e inmediatamente lo hicieron. trato correcto. lo recomiendo.

La verdad es que no tengo mucho que me haya gustado. Creo que le sobran al menos 2 estrellas.

Pesimo desayuno, habitaciones antiguas y con poca inversion para el mantenimiento. Internet un desastre. Esta muy mal calificado con 4estrellas. Coincido con otros comentarios que le sobra al menos 2 estrellas. No lo recomiendo a nadie!!!!

Fuimos tres matrimonios, dejándonos a los hijos en España; el hotel está bien situado (a 10 minutos del Duomo), y como nuestro viaje estuvo enfocado en visitar tanto Florencia como otras ciudades cercanas, no estuvimos mucho tiempo en el mismo, pero decir, que a parte de su buena situación, las habitaciones estaban impecables, el personal agradable aunque ninguno hablará español y mucho silencio y tranquilidad. Muy recomendable.
