it was a very nice hotel situated not far away from the historic center,the room was like a small apartment decorated in modern design very clean and a good value including a large boufet for breakfast the room was not so cozy for winter time,mabe needed some carpets in the room |

Room was modern, perfect for 3 people with a table, living area and plenty of space. Bathroom was modern, beds comfy. Walking distance to major sites and hotel kept luggage safely while we finished city trip. Would absolutely stay here again. Get there early for breakfast, it fills up quickly. |

huge room with separate sitting area,big bathroom with tub,kind and helpfull staff,10 min. walking to:Duomo- Fortezza del Basso conference centre-Santa Maria Novella train station,nice area,clean,big and confy bed,kitchenette-ironing set in room,value for money!!!!!!!!!!!! average breakfast and only untill 9:30 but still staff flexible with time and also coffee was good!! |

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. I think it was listed as a 4 star, but it did not compare to others I have used in that category. It had a kitchenette, but that did not work. The air conditioning worked some of the time and was too noisy to leave on while sleeping. There was a terrace that was comfortable. I didn't feel it was as clean as I would like. The few problems weren't enough to file a complaint. The good points overshadowed them. |

Beautiful building and setting. Within walking distance to attractions. Fabulous room and bathroom very large with sitting area and hob. Comfortable. huge Bed very comfortable. |

It is a strange configuration, old but very elegant building with palazzo. Rooms where ok and breakfast was good. Fast service. Friendly staff. Internet WIFI should be more professional. I good not get connected. |

Nos adjudicaron una habitación que era un apartamento, con una terraza y salón y ¡¡ dos baños ¡¡. Desde la terraza se veia la cupula del Duomo. En definitiva muy bien. La situación del hotel a 10 min. andando del Duomo y del mercado. Como en todos los hoteles de Italia flojo en comparación a lo que estamos acostumbrados en los hoteles españoles pero a pesar de todo abundante. |

La buona posizione vicino alla Porta San Gallo e piazza San Marco, la suite con finestre sulla Via San Gallo e le statue negli spazi comuni un edificio dependence con forme che contrastano con l'ambiente storico circostante |

Ruime kamers en (betaalde) parkeergarage Receptie personeel was erg kortaf en niet erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen van een 4-sterren hotel. Internet is beschikbaar tegen 3 euro per uur. Erg duur! |
