Cheap as chips. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Room is functional but clean with a small balcony if you need one. Good showers and a tv. Free water in the fridge too! An absolute bargain. Horrible looking from the outside if that matters to you. The air con did not work and the balcony was easily accessible from the outside (not a very salubrious area) so we slept with windows shut... A bit hot. Apart from that would definitely recommend as functional hotel.

We were very impressed by the service and attitude of the staff. The hotel is situated in an area where there is a lot of noise outside - and due to the air conditioning being turned off at night (why?) we had to open the windows to have some cool air . This meant that not only did we have mosquito problems, but also noise from youngsters over night so that we didn't sleep. Can we suggest that the air con is left on!

Spacious rooms and excellent bathroom, kitchen facilities of a very high standard. Unbeatable rates. Breakfast is good with a variety of cereals, fruit, pastries, ham, cheese, eggs etc. Only the coffee was a little disappointing. You can't really walk to the centre of the city and it is very difficult to find places to eat close by. It is right next to the trams though, so if we had been more organised we would have used them. Beds are rather hard.

The staff especially those at reception were extremely helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and equipped with all neseccities. An small kitchenette is enclosed in a cupboard. This may be useful to families with young children. Free parking outside the hotel. Though not in the city centre, there is the tram no.15 which stops just outside the hotel and tickets at 1euro are even sold at the front desk of the hotel. You'll be in the citycentre within minutes. A taxi costs about 10euro. Good value for the price paid. Although very well kept, the hotel needs some refurbishment because everything looks so cheap.

The stuff was very friendly, but couldn't give any information about the sights. From the other hand, they recommended us a pleasant restaurant. Hotel is far from the city center - about 20 minutes to get there by tram and the tickets only possible to buy in the tabaco shop 10 minutes walking from the hotel. But the price... Information about the sights: we planned to visit Basilica di Superga, but the stuff didn't know the working hours and the way to get there.

Easy transport to the city centre with tram 15. This hotel offers you very good quality for a modest price. Excellent breakfast. Turin is a beautiful town with a lot of nature spots in the direct neighborhood.

Very clean and quiet. To help to find the hotel, the bus lines from the station (Porta Susa, for ex.) could be noted + a detailed plan of the area

Hotel staff was awesome. Elena went above and beyond and found a bar for us to watch the Inter Milan game at. She was also easy on the eyes and that never hurts.

Very friendly staff, complete and good breakfast. Good location, easy use of public transport to the city center. The room wasn't very cosy, basic needs fullfilled. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes although it's not allowed to smoke in the hotel.

The hotel is really close to Politecnico of Turin which was really convenient for me. At the hotel they sell the tickets to take the bus or tram and also give you directions to get to the places you need. Downtown and touristic places are 10 minutes by bus. The hotel staff was nice and speak English.

I'm absolutely happy with my stay at this hotel! The girls at the reception were very nice and friendly! The room was perfectly clean. The location is very convinient, cause the tram stop to the center is right in front of the building and it takes like 10min to get to the heart of Torino. Parking slots right in front of the building. Getting to the hotel and getting out of the city from there was also very easy. And the price was simply unbelievably low! So I have no doubts in recommending this hotel! No bar in the hotel. Couldn't also see restaurants near by. But it's very easy to get to the center of the city from there anyway.

Very friendly staff! English is spoken without a problem.Good breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom.Very close to bus/tram stop; nr 15 stops in centre of Turin. Ask tickets at the hotel desk. Quick check in and check out. Some parking possibilities at the hotel. Private parking (to be paid). Very good price-quality. Hotel is a bit outdated but this is not a real problem. Airco in the room is a bit loud.
