Everything was great. Provides everything with a great price.
The fact that it's a bit far from city center by feet. You have to take bus No15 from the nearby bus stop.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
the location wasn't great. In the office/business part of town, a bit run down. The rooms were clearly old offices converted into hotel rooms.
I had an excellent three-week stay. Not luxurious, but very functional and suited my needs perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, my studio room was perfect for self-catering, plenty of storage, nice and spacious bathroom, very good wifi in room, quiet at night. Great place for visits to the Politecnico, and easy transport to the city centre. I'll be coming back.
The prices seem to fluctuate dramatically from day to day: great value at the lower end, but hard to justify when they top 100 Euros a night. And no corkscrew! Although I quickly rectified that oversight at the nearby supermarket... But seriously, apart from the price variation, there was little not to like.
They were helpful.
The facility is dated and you can see it.
Big rooms Highspeed WiFi Quality stuff Called for cheap taxi to take us to the airport Delicious breakfast
The location is not so good, you have to take bus or taxi to get to good restaurants or city sights.
Breakfast Position Price
Old room Broken curtains Light in the room Poor wifi connection
Very near to Politecnico University which was my point of visit. The staff was very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Wi-Fi was OK.
down at heel and grubby
very friendly and helpful staff
3-star hotel? mayby in 1985... Our room was nothing like on the photo.
An excellent choice.Very nice and aristocratic room. With a lot of facilities. The staff very friendly and the breakfast an excellent continental breakfast. It is not fat from the city centre if you like to walk.
kitchen option, the staff,free wifi.
it is not the cleanest, the room is okey for the price but not verry good.
Good place to stay while exploring Turin. No problems with a parking, city center could be reached with public transit within 15 minutes.
The hotel was very big and well decorated, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was fully equipped, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. A very nice stay in Torino.
Close to the city center, great breakfast buffet, big room
The staff were polite and helpful. Convenient location with a bus and tram stops. Very good breakfast.
The bath room was not very clean.
Helpfull staff that speaks very good english.
Run down, old, stained, falling appart rooms, nothing at all like rooms shown in photos on booking sites. I hate it when hotels treat costumers like idiots deceiving them with photos like this. Room looked like some homeless shelter. Ridiculous.
Friendly staff, large spacious room ,good breakfast
The staff are all so friendly and helpful - and that includes the reception, housekeeping and breakfast room people - thanks to all for once again making my stay at Sanpaoloto very pleasant :-)
Its not 5 star and there a few very minor rough edges but for the price it is very very comfortable, and very clean, and made all that much better by the excellent staff :-)
Damp in the bathroom Uncomfortable Bed
Good position of this hotel, quietly zone and good connections with bus, tram etc.
The price is too higher for the facilities of this hotel. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the 3 stars for it is too much done.
Smelled of smoke, hard to find using gps
There was nothing to like.
Location was poor. The surrounds looked more like a dump. Middle of nowhere. Cancelled booking had to pay one night's accommodation.
The ladies in the Breakfast Room were so kind and considerate. The food was great and they kept everything clean and the baskets full. Couldn't ask for anything better than that. Such nice ladies! Also, the people at the Front Desk also went out of their way to make us comfortable and insure that we had everything we needed. We were impressed that everyone spoke English! That was very nice. And also, the cleaning lady was very kind and kept the room spotless. We were very impressed with all the employees of the hotel. It was also great to be so close to transportation.
The shower was very awkward. The opening was very, very small which made it hard to get in and out. But the biggest problem was the step down from the shower to the floor! It was almost a 2 foot drop. One time I slipped and fell, but the ladies brought me some steps so I could get out more safely. But it was still very awkward.
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, speaking very good English. Very close to bus and tram stops making it very easy to navigate the city.
Driving to the building was a bit awkward, but this may just be the entire experience of driving in an Italian city!
