The hotel is in a good location, not so far from the Metro yellow line, Affori Central station (about 5-7 min by foot). From there you an reach the city center by metro in about 15-20 min. If you choose to go by bus it takes longer. In case you are on a low budget or are willing to shop for food or water, you can go to Maciachini train station, turn left as soon as you come out of the station and walk for about 5 min on the tram lines(turn right a little bit)- there you will find a Carrefour store;or you can find a Lidl store(turn left when you come out of the Maciachini metro station and left again on the first street). The room was clean, we had enough towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower caps,sponge-i really was surpised I had all of that. The tv is good for relaxing. The breakfast is the same as in every other italian 3stars hotels : fruits, tomatoes, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, salami, butter, jams, honey, milk, juice, water, good fresh bread, coffee(great coffee),tea. It's a nice hotel and I would really recommend it. We even received a welcome drink at the bar, which was a good start of our stay. I would stay there again for sure if I would visit Milan again. Unfortunately we had some laud neighbors the first night and the doors being not so noise-proof insured, we could hear them going in and out their room and could hear everything they were talking when they were near our room. The breakfast could be varied by adding one element one day, so that you could feel something is new on the menu, but I repeat : this is a flaw for all italian 3 stars (or down) hotels.

The maitre d', Roberto was particularly helpful with advice about Milan & general queires we had. He puts out a small newsletter in English & Italian each day - this is a very nice touch, as well as a 'welcome' drink when we arrived. The hotel specialises in eco-tourism & a 'green' environment, including organic food & beverages. We did not stay long enough to enjoy an evening meal, but the breakfast was very good & we like the concept.

Good location: away from the center, but easy to get there by metro (with a newly open station nearby). Quiet place, 5 min walk from a park. Nice breakfast - both choice and quality. Friendly staff. Free parking lot. Good value for money.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Location in Milan was reasonably good, not too far from the centre, and close to main roads into and out of Milan.

The hotel staff were pretty good and the restauarnt wasn't too bad & was reasonably priced. Location was poor and the room was quite small & pokey & located in a residential area - You had a five minute walk to catch a 10 min bus journey to a catch a 10/15 minute tube journey to get into central Milan. Would have liked this information to have been easily available when i booked as I would have chosen somewhere closer and the surrounding area didn't have any restaurants or places to frequent for tourists. I didn't feel I was in a safe part of the city when walking through the surrounding areas on the way back to the hotel. This is only my opinion and isn't based on anything bad happening to me, I just felt uneasy when in the surrounding areas of the hotel.

The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from subway Affori Centro. Very friendly staff, helps with the maps and finds every location. The rooms are a little bit small, but clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists. The only minus was the smell of the cigarettes in the room, although we have asked for the non smoking room.

Good location with a nice big park nearby, which was very helpful for our dog. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The structure is well organized and maintained. Excellent breakfast with home-made products. Access to the covered parking was a bit difficult but staff was helpful.

It is at a location where there are no hotels - so the food availability at the hotel is important & it is good. There is separate food for children & infants. That is good.

Close to underground metro station (7 minutes walk + 10 minutes train will get you to city center). Smoke smell in the "non-smoking" room, poor breakfast, very tiny garage. Restaurant offers organic food for dinner, however it is mostly chicken. Noise in the corridor can be heard in the room starting from 6 am.

A small hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with only a short walk to the newly opened Affori Centro metro station (it's not on google maps yet, but its open) The restaraunt in the hotel was pretty good and Roberto was extremely friendly and helpful and supplied us with a lot of info about lake Como and Venice, which were our next destinations. Although the room was non smoking and had relevant signs in several places the was an ashtray and a heavy cigarette smell in the room. The shower is also quite small on the margin of being tiny.

Nice garden restaurant and god breakfast (big choice of dietetic products, even for celiaks). Good place - near to the metro station. The staff wasn´t too helpful. Room very small and smelly, the fridge/bar was locked and we had to pay 5 euros to get in (and have simple drinks). Pretends being ecologic but in fact this ecologic way of being means laziness and modesty ("we safe nature" means "we don´t want to clean up your room often" etc). Loud music in the corridors.

Location is comfortable - 5 minutes to metro station. Good restaurant with nice "mad about green-organic" chef. Coffee from coffee-machine. Wi-fi was not available within our 3-days staying though computer for common use was in the lobby bar

We stayed just for a few days, so staff is good and the breakfast was pritty good for Italy. The double room was incredibly small. It felt like we were in Tokyo, I could hardly open my suitcase there. The other thing that the whole thing doesn't look that great as it seems at the pictures. And it is really far from city center

We were 3 adults in a triple room. The room was clean and comfortable and although not large there was plenty of space for us all. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was continental and plentiful. The hotel was located approx 400 metres from a metro station and 5 metro stops from the centre of Milan. We were visiting Milan to attend the Italian Grand Prix and the hotel although some distance away was ideally located for local transport. I have no complaints and would recommend the hotel to friends and family. The restaurant was small and friendly (great) but the menu was very limited in choice. The food I felt was overpriced for what it was but this was no different to the rest of Milan. They didn't even serve pizza or decent pasta dishes.
