Great location,good value for location and away from traffic and easy to walk to a number of places to explore in Naples. Probably recentely renovated a strong smell of paint or adesives that made it impossible to stay in the room without the window to be opened.Breakfast can use a makeover. |

Close to the harbour, in a quiet street, this hotel is easy to reach and a fine option if you want to take the boat to other tourist destinations. The quality of the breakfast could be better. |

Our room (No 62) has a very small balcony that with a great view of Mount Vesuvius. This was a real bonus as many of the rooms at the back of the hotel do not have a view at all. The staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was served on a tray in the room as there is no dining room in the Hotel. Coffee was hot. Bed was comfortable. |

Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Mycket bra läge. Gratis internet. Privat garage i närheten som visserligen var dyrt, men kändes säkert. Frukost (croissant +kaffe/te/varm choklad) ingick och serverades på rummet. Tror att det är svårt att hitta något bättre i centrala Neapel i samma prisklass. Ganska slitna och slamriga rum. Badrummet var i ganska stort behov av renovering. |

De zeer gunstige en redelijk rustige ligging in de wijk Santa Lucia, vlakbij de zee en Lungomare, en toch dichtbij de Piazza del Plebiscito en publiek transport.Het vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De inrichting en aankleding van de hall en gangen met antieke meubels en etsen. In we straatlawaai 's nachts , geen dubbele beglazing, maar dat is in Napels wellicht onvermijdelijk. Goed ontbijt met keuzemogelijkheden op kamer, alleen de cappucino kon beter. |

El personal, amable. Y la localización, muy adecuada para estar cerca del paseo marítimo y del centro de la ciudad. Sí: el hecho de que no haya un bar/restaurante donde se siva el desayuno y que te lo tengas que tomar en la habitación. Tampoco hay servicio de bar fuera de horas. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen reizend und hilfsbereit. Das Wasser funktioniert richtig gut (duschen), es wird warm und es kommt genügend Wasser aus der Brause. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer mit Bad und dem Rest-Hotel ist gut. Das Angebot, in der Lobby ins Internet zu gehen, ist sehr angenehm. Im Hotel selbst ist es recht ruhig, auch Straßenlärm im Rahmen. 1) Es war kein Mitarbeiter in der Lage, uns zu zeigen, wie wir über den Satelliten-Empfang an deutsche Programme kommen, am vorletzten Tag haben wir es dann selbst herausgefunden.2) die Klimaanlage war, zumind. In unserem Zimmer, nicht immer zu bedienen 3) was uns überhaupt nicht gefiel: kein extra Raum vorhanden, um sich abends einmal hinzusetzen und vor allem dort zu frühstücken. |

Posizione dell'hotel molto buona. Più per turisti che per soggiorni di lavoro. Il primo giorno mancava un aasciugamani ed il tappetino, il secondo mancava il telobagno. Mancanza di ascensore. Colazione solo in camera ed approssimativa. |
