the front desk manager was great (fabio). the room had a nice view and an excellent location. the bathtub was huge. cozy but not fancy. the lobby is a little appointing looking but once past that aspect the place is very nice. the lobby is small and not very pleasing ot the eye |

The friendly accommodating staff, the excellent location, the rooftop breakfast overlooking the ancient Roman forum, and the air conditioning that really worked. The rooms were small and worn, but the cleanliness and service made up for it. |

The location is excellent and the terrace with a very nice breakfast is excellent too. I understand that the hotel will be enlarged and renovated this coming winter. |

The staff was absolutely fabulous and polilte. The noise coming from outside street, and from the construction site nearby. Hotel needs to invest more into sound-proof windows. |

Good location. Mattress need to be changed as well as sink and shower. Minibar did not work properly. Sound proof : average although there is double glazing. No hot water before 6.30 am and after 8.00 pm. |

Położenie hotelu w samym sercu starożytnych wykopalisk, niedaleko Koloseuem oraz stacji metra. Hotel wymaga małego odnowienia i dodania blasku, bo same gwiazdki nie wystarczą. |

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist schön zentral am Colloseum. Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Zimmer (im 1. OG) hatte ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem und riecht schimmelig. Einrichtung ist leider nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Frühstück ist eher einfach. |

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. Se puede acceder andando a los lugares a visitar del centro de roma El baño tenía humedad. El desayuno era muy muy pobre. Además nadie se preocupaba de si faltaba café, pan o leche (que basicamente era lo que daban) tuvimos que hacernos el café nosotros. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom sind direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. In dem Zimmer gab es keinen Tisch zum essen. |

Hôtel situé à proximité des principaux sites touristiques. Les employés à l'accueil étaient sympatiques. L'hôtel a besoin de bonnes rénovations (principalement les chambres de bain - petite douche). La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer (tapis et meubles sales). |

ヨーロッパの古いホテルにありがちですが、シャワーが使いづらく風呂場中がビシャビシャになった。フロント- の人が素晴らしく親切だった。朝食は見晴らしのいいテラス。フォロロマーノの一片を見ながら優雅な朝食タイ- ムが堪能できた。 |
