Hotel Ristorante Tre Leoni  

Relativ nahe am Flughafen. Wir konnten im Hotel das Auto stehen lassen (4 Euro pro Nacht). Ein Mitarbeiter sehr hilfbereit. Frühstück gut.

Bei unserer Ankunft langes Warten, da Personal völlig überlastet. Dann spät Abends Transfer in eine Villa, völlig fernab.

Gefallen hat mir das Restaurant.

Das Zimmer war von der Größe OK, leider befand es sich in einem Haus (direkt an der Strasse, sehr laut) außerhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstück war schlecht.

Die Super Lage nahe am Flughafen, sehr gute Unterbringung vom Auto während der Weiterreise, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Tre Leoni war unser Hotel für die übernachtung auf dem Weg nach St.Tropez. Wir ( Familie mit 3 Kindern zwischen 11 und 16 Jahren) fanden dort ein ausreichend großes Appartement vor, das zwar etwas vom Haupthaus entfernt liegt, aber das stellte kein Problem dar. Wir haben im Restaurant auch ganz lecker gegessen und auf dem Weg zwischen Appartement und Haupthaus befindet sich ein super-Eisladen für das Dessert.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und nett. Mein Zimmer in der Dependance war sehr sauber und ohne laufende Geräte, noch nie habe ich in Hotel so gut geschlafen. Das Restaurant ist auch absolut empfehlenswert. Unschlagbares Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis

Das Hotel besitzt zwei Dependances, von denen man hin und zurück transportiert werden bzw. laufen muss, u.a. auch um Frühstück zu haben. Das ist, obwohl mit Shuttles gut organisiert, nicht jedermanns Sache. Internetanschluss ist in den Dependance-Zimmern auch nicht vorhanden.

Close to Airport.

The room we had was nothing like the pictures on the website. Room was old and outdated. The bed not comfortable. The room smelled of smoke. My traveling friends had to change rooms as the room was terribly smokey. Rooms were noisy so I had to leave on the bathroom fan which was very noisy. There was space to park only a few cars, we were lucky that someone moved thier car across the street or we would not have a space to park.

This hotel is ok only for a one night stay when you want to be near the airport Malpensa (15 minutes by car). Very beautiful Lago Maggiore is located not far away from this hotel (20 minutes by car).

Rather old and untidy rooms, unpleasant smell and bad light in a room. Not very good food in the restaurant.

Close to Milan airport

Was not in hotel directly, was put into apartments about 1/2 mile from main hotel. Was very noisey, no atmosphere, not convienent to hotel had to walk, breakfast was ok nothing great, not alot of choices on eating in that immediate area

The director and staff were very friendly and helpful. For us very interesting that we could have breakfast from 4 o'clock in the morning

Too much music in the restaurant.

The (English speaking) staff was uniformly delightful and went out of their way to be helpful. My room and bath were large, spotless, and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good with a large number of choices. Breakfast was excellent as well. Internet connection in my room was entirely successful.

Be aware of extra fee for Malpensa shuttle service. One has little choice as no taxi will drive such a short distance (6 km) and give up their spot in the cue.

The hotel is a 10 minutes drive from Malpensa airport. For our family of 2 adults and 2 children weordered a room for 4, and in a fact received a spaceous two bedroom apartment in a separate building (with ample parking space), about 700m from the main facility.A Friendly english speaking receptionist showed us the way there. Buffet breakfast is served from 4am, and it is quite satisfactory. Together with a very reasonable price, all these make this hotel a perfect place to spend a night before a flight from Malpensa.

1) There was a (slight) smell of smoking in the apartment 2) Finding the hotel is not very simple, print out driving instructions and follow them thoroughly.

Hotel's location suited us well, has on site parking, I advised I required parking in my booking, they went out of there way to assist us with our parking spot.

We stayed at Tre Leoni because it was close to the Milan (Malpensa) airport and we were leaving in a couple of days and they would drive us to the airport and also because it was close to the train station so we could go to Milan for a day. It was so much more than we expected, the train station was just up the street and we also went to Stresa on Lago Maggiore which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The food at Tre Leoni was so great that we ate there every night for three nights. The room was basic but the staff was great. We definetly would return and plan to next year.
