Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very good value for money. Our room did not have hot water. |

realy nothing.the service was poor,the room was unacceptable and not clean,actualy we slept in outside building(not the hotel building!!!) almost everything !!,we didn't like the hotel at all,we make in booking.com reservation for double room but we didn't get it,the hotel sent us to a building outside and faraway(700 m).in the morning we sould drive back to the hotel for poor breakfast. |

Went by train from Malpensa to Melan. Went by train from Somma Lombardo to Lake Maggiore. The hotel's shuttle service was great. The room was quite small with no comfortable chairs to sit to read or anything else. The bathroom was very nice. |

We chose this hotel since it lies close to Malpensa airport and so was ideal to avoid long trips in the morning to arrive to airport to take flight back home. Close to main road, no airconditioning in rooms and therefore not recommended for summer. |

Family restaurant quite good and friendly service offered nevertheless was late, very good homemade pizza was served. The requested room was double room, received a room with one single bed and one children bed, the room wasn't in the main hotel building but in a separate building about 500 m away. |

great hotel really close to the airport! shuttle is only 10 euros round trip. really great food at the airport. wouldn't recommend it for someone who wants to go to milan daily though it's far |

The price is well worth the 10 euros for the shuttle bus. The food was great at the restaurant! They need to have some type of communication from the family room - which is several blocks away from the main hotel - so that you can call and ask for pick up. |

It was only a 10 minute car journey from Malpensa and we had arrived late.Secure parking . Breakfast OK- continental, type !. The rooms were a bus ride away from the hotel.They wre incredibly noisy- not surprising as under the flight path and next to a very busy road! |

I did not realise that our family room was not at the hotel location which was a short drive away from the hotel, if we had been staying for longer, I would have found this inconvenient |
