staff was friendly and helpful. good location. near train and many places to eat. if you are a cyclist this a great place to stay. many cyclist pass thought town on the start of there rides.

room was a little small for traveling with a bicycle. without the bike the room would have been great.

Excellent location when traveling and looking for a value for money hotel to stay a day before your flight. The free transportation to malpensa is a major plus, especially that is cut on your needs and time of departure. Totally recommended!

Very welcome place...although a little distance away from Malpensa, the exclusive pick-up & drop makes it very convenient...homely and comfortable.

We reserved a double room with a big bed but were giving a double with two small beds. When asked about getting a room with a big bed they said they didn't have any left

Very convenient to a train station, so getting into the heart of Milan was easy. The desk clerk was exceptionally ehlpful. He even lent us his umbrella for our day trip into central Milan.

Staff were very friendly, we've stayed at this hotel because was close to the airport and we arrived late, they picked us up at the airport and didn't charges anything. We were able to have a meal (late dinner around 23:00) and the food was cheap and tasty, we paid around 7€ for a wood fire-oven pizza that was enough for 2. And on all our stay in Milan were the few people that we were able to communicate as we are Portuguese, we speak English but not much of Italian so we struggled on our trip to get directions and info but at this hotel they were very helpful, most of all the guy that worked the night shift.

As a common thing in Milan early check out and breakfast, on holiday we like to sleep in a bit and it was impossible to do this.

Very friendly staff, clean and well arranged rooms. This was our 3rd Easter in North Italy and the best choice for hotel. I had an early flight and was invited for a free breakfast and the room was ready by 9.00 also we were invited for a farewell coffee/tea. I used also their free airport shuttle service (it is literally 10 min. from the Malpensa Airport) We had a nice festive lunch in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is well situated next to a modest shopping area, there are supermarkets too. Despite being an "airport hotel" we could enjoy the atmosphere of a small town and walk around.

There was no refrigerator in the room, but it was ok with the cold weather.

Lots of noise in the evening till 1:00 am. I arrived in one place and they send me to another. The apartment was on 3 floor without lift and I have a little girl. In the bathroom had water on the floor all the time. Was the worse hotel I have been.

The staff are very nice and helpful, and there is a free bus to the airport

The rooms smelled like moisture and very low maintenance of the room and the bath. the train to the city leaves only once in an hour or so. not recommended.

24hr shuttle to the airport

Close to the airport and the free shuttle service was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The smorgasboard breakfast was awesome!

The broken bed leg that had to be "fixed" before we went to bed. The location was long way from Milan Centro but quite handy to the rail station.

Good transfer from the airport, we had a lot of fun with the driver. :) He took us even to the supermarket! All the personell was helpful.

Hairdrier in the room only bring tiny wind.the smell from hairdrier is not so good.

A very friendly Staff , specially Miss Alexandrina who is always smiling to the guests and remain professionel. Domminico junior is simpathic! Samuel, the shuttle bus driver is a well educated person always listening to you carefully and gives you generously good advices to help. The restaurant staff very lovely . the meal is good !

Room 103 : the bathroom becames very noisy when I put the light on ! Otherwise the room standards are ok. The tv ! Why not international channels ! I speak many languages and would like to see arabic, french, english, german...

Great breakfasts. Big rooms. Decent Wifi. Close to train station. Great for people needing to get to the airport. English speaking staff. Very good.

Too far from Milan. Trains only once every one or two hours. Train trip takes about 50 mins.

Perfect is you have an eary flight. Free shuttle from the Malpensa airport to the Hotel, only 10 min. Great little restaurant - fantastic pizza's and friendly waiters.

I didn't like it at all! It smelled bad, the room was small, the interier is ugly.

The personel is so friendly and helpfull, and they do speak english well. They organize 24/7 free bus from/to the airport on request. Rooms are clean, full equipped, included breakfast is delicious and various. The food in restaurant is sooo delicius!!!

Close to the airport. Just call when you arrive and they will pick you up in 10 mins. Breakfast started at 4am. Staff were really friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
