A banda del problema amb l'entrada. Correcte. Quan vaig arribar l'habitació s'havia netejat. Hem van donar una altra habitació,però el bany era per a persones discapacitades. Vaig haver de tornar a demanar una altra habitació. La persona que m'atenia em va dir que només li quedava una habitació, però com dient que m'estava queixant massa i només li quedaven suites. Això no era el meu problema, sinó el seu. Jo havia llogat una habitació i me l'havien de donar com fos. |

L'habitació era molt amplia i acollidora, el buffet esmorzar molt complert pel què són els hotels a Itàlia. Bona situació, un carreró paral·lel a Corso Buenos Aires que és molt comercial i centric. A tres parades de metro del Duomo que va super bé. Estem molt contents i satisfets de la nostra estada a l'hotel. |

First I would like to give the staff a ***** star for beeing helpful and kind. The hotel is wery well located, the hotel is very stylish, the breakfast is good, also the restaurant, at last the small spa and gym at the roof is very nice, so perfect stay. |

The hotel is great value for money and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay.Its location is very convenient and there is convenient and affordable parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. Thanks, Nadav |

Hotel was OK. A little further from the "action" (Duomo) by walk than I thought, but could have taken train which was less than 5 min away. Service was OK, but nothing more than. Asked for assistance at some point, recommendations, and guidance, and it felt like the employee was not interested, and couldn't help. Breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about, although plentifull. We got room 807 which had a patio, unexpected bonus, as this room is at top of hotel. A/C was not working on arrival, but got fixed within 20 minutes of reporting it. |

The room and en-suite facilities were really excellent - we particularly liked the larger sized bed and the pin-stripped cotton sheets.Hot menu items for breakfast such as scrambled eggs/bacon were not hot by the time we dined at 9am - are those thermal containers heated? The option of a room with a balcony should have been offered when we checked in and should be featured on the hotel website. We only realised they existed when visiting the gym on the 8th floor. Appreciate they cost more but we do like a balcony! |

I had a lovely stay at this hotel staff were very friendly and professional,buffet breakfast was beautiful ,restaurant was very modern and trendy service was amazing and enjoyed the little extras like complimentary tapas witth every glass of wine purchases |

Beds hard as steel. Lousy breakfast (bad coffee, old bread, fake orangejuice). Depressingly dark interior. Very small rooms, Musty smell. |

Rooms has been very nice, neat. Breakfast quite generous, personal outgoing and helpful The way to garage is a bit strange. However, hotel was rather flexible about parking even after check-out. |

Deluxe room was amazing- clean and big enough. They do not have a spa service in the hotel but at my request they invited a specialist of shiatsu massage for me that was very kind of them. breakfast is poor |

The room was nice, but I think it was one for people with disabilities which its bathroom larger than a regular one. I was finally able to find a smoking room during my stay in italy :) The hotel is not in the center, however, the street which is on is a main street where you can do some shopping there (along buenas aires ave) |

The hotel is clean and near to Central Station. We had a spacious room and wonderful breakfast. Staff were helpful and we love to come back and stay again. |
