Design of the hotel and location The breakfast was poor and the staff as well. I asked the lady at the reception about the best way to get to another city and she tried to evade me with short answers until I felt uncomfortable. |

the room was nice and the bed confortable. The breakfast was good aswell. There is one thing I was very surprised in this hotel, during the breakfast time, there are ham, cheese, butter, yoghurts..and above that there are lamps. For me this is the base, fresh products should be in a fridge not disposed beside lamps. Yoghurts, butter and ham was really hot, this is not hygienic at all. |

it was very nice and comfortable,breakfast was ok,and food in restaurant in eve was nice,just a bit pricey had two issues,first was a leak in bathroom which they tried to fix but reappeared after 3rd day,second ,shower door was broken.hotel just needs to do afew repairs,apart from that,great. |

nice and clean room, good location not too far from metro station and very close to shopping centers ,friendly staff, a quiet room at an upper floor was given based on our request,good breakfasts worth for money the room was a little bit small, it was difficult to find the hotel at first because of bad address written on voucher |

The quality of the bed and pillows, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bathroom was really comfortable and nicely renovated. The colours of the restaurant (red, wery warm), good taste in colours and furniture. Efficiency of the lifts, quietness of the room. I slept like a baby. For me the room is the most important. To me the breakfast was not according to 4 stars level: no fresh fruit, poor choice of bread.The fitness room hardly deserves its name: just one running device and poor installations. Better not mention it among the services. |

very good location, nicely decorated, reasonably priced all staff were very friendly and the bed was superb. parking is not for free and rather expensive but this is the case almost everywhere in Milano. |

staff very friendly, we took our 7 month old daughter with us on holiday, staff were very helpful in arranging travel cot etc. Nothing was too much to ask of them. Would definitely stay here again!! |

Hotel is close to a shopping street and you can easily reach the center of the town even by walk.Rooms are clean and nice ,definetely worth it's price. |

The location is good and the staf quite freindly. The room size is small for twin bed.The breakfast is very limited in variety and quite boring.This is however good for a short stay. |

The cleaness was great. The hotel was far from the central milano station. I thought I was 5 mins.Lima station (local subway) was close, but it was not enough to make me satisfied as the location. If you were planing to use main station to go other city, it would be better to stay near central station within 2-3 mins. |

The staff was always very helpfull. I liked also the location of the hotel which was very easy my metro and walking distance to corso Buenos aires. |
