good value for money, great location for exploring the city even by foot /no need to use taxi or other transport except for the airport/, elegant place yet not overpriced. the underground garage is not very pleasant experience, it gives a very wrong first impression of the place. Also we got stuck in the elevator going from the garage to hotel lobby, which was not a nice start of the stay. The manager on duty of the reception seemed very indefferent to this fact (an apology for this inconvenience would have been fine). |

This hotel is my always selection hotel in Milan. They have frindly staff and they always gained me the exactly the best places in Milan. The buffet could be better. Internet must be free |

I don't have anything positive to say about this hotel..the location was not great, pretty far away from the town center; the staff was unhelpfull ( they hardly could understand anything in English); the breakfast was poor; the room was a bit dirty and overused (it is certain that it needs some urgent refurbishment); and , first of all, it was hugely overpriced! NOT a four stars hotel, not even by italian standards! And the internet was not free...we do live in the 21-st century, do we?! |

Room was very nice. Good breakfast. I didn´t like that the hotel charged my credit card before our arrival. There was no free wi-fi internet access, it was only available at extra-charge. |

We got an excellent price/quality deal at the Ritz and definitely recommend the hotel for a leisure city trip to Milan, especially if you also want to shop. The hotel is located next to major shopping street Corso Buenos Aires with hosts stores of Nike, Puma, Adidas, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hillfiger jeans, etc. And the touristic area with the Duomo is only 3 subway stops away. The room was small, but the set-up of the furniture was very smart. We had everything we needed. The rate of the internet access was expensive. The hotel offered 3 types of access. The most economical one was rated 10 Euros for 60 minutes access during 24 hours. |

Good location for money you have to pay. about 4-5 metro stops to Duomo. The Hotel is not on the main street with quiet environment. that is very appreciated. Good that Hotel has it's own parking. Expensive though, but in Milano you will pay 20-25 euro for 1 day parking everywhere. Rooms are not big, but with touch of style they feel pretty comfortable. |

We found the hotel staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, near to the shops but in a quiet road. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well designed. I had asked for a balcony room which they managed to arrange for me. We enjoyed our holiday in Milan very much and would recommend it to all our friends. |
