Location, clean rooms and good price. The unbelievably rude hotel staff. In fact, it is highly unlikely we will ever go back. The lady at the reception actually refered to as "Ilegal immigrants" despite showing all documents. Shocking! |

This hotel is nice interior and comfortable to stay, only room rate was changed enormously after another day. The closet metro stop is St. Venezia. I think this hotel is totally fine, I stayed with different hotels in Milan last few years, and this hotel is a good 4stars hotel. Definitely I will stay here next time. |

the room only the rest is for a 3 *** Hotel I got room 224 my collegue 214, my room was good but Room 214 too smal, the Hotel does not offer equal accommodation to its clients Too small Reception, the elevators are too small for a 4****, they reflect to a 2 **** Hotel.Bar Prices too expensive, Restaurant??I would never sit there as 1 soup costs 10 euro.Internet in the rooms is 22 euro for a "whole Day" Who wants to surf for a whole day when you are on a bussiness trip??No alternative for 1 hour using the laptop you have to take the whole package.It will cost you 66 euro for 3 days almost it means 17% of the total price accommodation you pay. |

Location 22 euro for a whole day use of the Hotel's Internet no chance to use my laptop for 45 minutes at marketable price that will suit to bussiness people too expensive bar prices and Restauarant. The Hotel is not near the Central station it is at least 14 minutes by Taxi. |

The hotels fitness facilities and sauna, they are very good and open also from early morning to late night. So that when you go before to business or sight-seeing, or when you are back from them, you have still chance to use them. That was really great! There was a light diffected in the bath-room in our room since we arrived. I have asked the receptionist 4 times threw our stay, but never get fixed. So at the end I had to get a lampe by myself, looking for the whole hotel and put it by myself. Receptionist at the hotel even did not care about it! I should get payed for that!!! The bath room without a proper light is not a hotel where you would pay to stay, 4 star hotel!!! And the room was not you call as "Delux dobble room"- It was not at all delux...very premitive. This way of managing the hotel, I doubt if any business man would repeat to use this hotel again... |

The hotel is nice and cozy to my understanding, being located in a noisy location at the same time is very quiet and tranquil. Public transport system is easily accessible, metro station in 5 minutes walk, city center in 10 minutes by metro. The staff was kind, but they charged my account twice, friezed first night stay payment from reservation time up to now (for more than week), included into my bill items for breakfast i didn't use, the room was for two persons (deluxe double), but they provided slippers and bathrobe only for one what i found very strange. There were no any vegetables in breakfast menu what was also kind a surprise. |

Overall the hotel is excellent, especially the reception staff were very helpful. We have asked them to change the type of room and they did not hesitate to do so ( for free of charge). Unique location and close to the main train station. We hope that the hotel offers a variety of food for breakfast instead of the same type every day. |

It is for business though you can do shopping around nearby. Must have separate sauna and steam room for men and women. Lobby is dark and not cozy. Must provide more lighting and furniture is too dark also. Must re-arrange. |
