ホテルは大通りより奥に入っていて分かりにくかったです、レストランが近くになくてマックを食べました。駐- 車場は汚くて狭かったです。１番の残念は予約をしたときにこちらのミスで２回続けて予約をしてしまいすぐに- キャンセルをしたのですがそんなに時間が経ってないのキャンセル料２泊分（２０４€）も取られてしまいまし- た、その日のうちにキャンセルしてるので料金取られて損した気分です。 |

設備新しく、清潔で、快適であった。 ｼｬﾜｰのお湯がぬるく、38℃以上にﾀﾞｲﾔﾙをｾｯﾄできない構造だった。連れの2人の部屋は問題がな- かったようですが。 |

清潔感があり、感じがよいので、都市型ホテルとしたら、良い。 部屋が若干狭い。トランク２つ、開けるには、狭い。でも、なんとか工夫した。夜寝るだけなので、そのような- 行動パターンならよいかもしれない。 |

日本語が通じれば最高だったが、概して良いホテルだった。 荷物を片付ける前に朝食に行き、その間に部屋の掃除を行われていたので、日本では荷物が広げてあれば掃除は- 行わないので驚いた。タクシーの手配もチケットを渡されるということで待っていたが、なかなか渡してもらえ- ずにポーターも戸惑っていた。 |

The location is good, which is near to the metro station, but still in the quiet area. I couldn't get hot water from shower in the morning. When I called the reception, he told me to just wait 5 mins. It took more than that and still not hot enough. |

dining room/breakfast room decor nice Bedroom far too small, photos and descriptions of "superior double bedroom and facilities most deceptive... very disappointed. Wouldn't like to see an "ordinary/standard" room. Over priced. Wouldn't recommend it to friends unfortunately. |

Design of the hotel and location The breakfast was poor and the staff as well. I asked the lady at the reception about the best way to get to another city and she tried to evade me with short answers until I felt uncomfortable. |

the room was nice and the bed confortable. The breakfast was good aswell. There is one thing I was very surprised in this hotel, during the breakfast time, there are ham, cheese, butter, yoghurts..and above that there are lamps. For me this is the base, fresh products should be in a fridge not disposed beside lamps. Yoghurts, butter and ham was really hot, this is not hygienic at all. |

it was very nice and comfortable,breakfast was ok,and food in restaurant in eve was nice,just a bit pricey had two issues,first was a leak in bathroom which they tried to fix but reappeared after 3rd day,second ,shower door was broken.hotel just needs to do afew repairs,apart from that,great. |

nice and clean room, good location not too far from metro station and very close to shopping centers ,friendly staff, a quiet room at an upper floor was given based on our request,good breakfasts worth for money the room was a little bit small, it was difficult to find the hotel at first because of bad address written on voucher |
