Hotellrommet var bra. Rent og pent. Vi bodde på et oppgradert dobbeltrom. Det burde ikke være behov for å spørre etter et ekstra sett med bådekåpe og tøfler tre ganger og fortsatt ikke få dette fra betjeningen. Det burde være innlysende at to personer ønsker hvert sitt sett med tøfler og hver sin badekåpe. I tillegg fjernet de håndklærne etter den første natten uten å erstatte disse. |

The staff were very helpful, made tour reservations/taxi bookings for us and also gave us info on train schedules etc. They also upgraded us to a junior suite which was very nice and spacious. Excellent location, right next to shopping area and walking distance from 2 metros- Lima & Pta Venezia Hotel restaurant is quite expensive ! Better to eat at the restaurants/cafes down the street |

We thought the bed in our room was one of the most comfortable we had ever slept in, in an hotel. bathroom was lovely. Our room carpet could do with a clean.Tea and coffee making facilities a must. |

We ordered delux room, which was quite small with very inconvenient shower. After we asked the room with bathroom or at least shower cabin, hotel employee gave us executive room for the same price, which (room) was much better and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Hotel situated not in the center, as it was said on the site, but location is ok and was more suitable for finding a place for parking (hotel parking is quite expensive) free Internet access |

The hotel was excellently placed for transport. The staff were excellent but the breakfast staff need to improve and ensure that hot food is hot. The breakfast food should be improved by staff making sure that the hot food was hot ( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage ) - this was seldom the case. Our room ( No. 207 ) was described as a superior double room but was small and no bath ( shower only) - otherwise excellent hotel but can be improved . |

actually nothing after taking a shower, the whole bathroom was under water and also parts of the bedroom. although the hotel knew this problem, they gave us this room. after this, only a smoker room was available |

The kingsize bed fills in completely the bedroom so that there is no place for a tea and coffee maker that is generally encountered in a 4 stars hotel. It is also said there is a fitness center: you can admire it behind in some shop window. Some customers may even enter if they pick up the key at the reception desk and if they garanty they will return it. Since the internet access is externalized through a (non european) company, you may access costly to internet in a few hours. Please come with your 3g key. |
