resepsiyondakiler ve diger calışanlar yardımseverdi.odam çok büyüktü.yeri iyiydi fakat duomoya gitmek için çoğunluk taksi kullandık. girişi merdivenli dolayısı ile bavul indirmek için birilerine ihtiyaç duyuyorsunuz. |

Our room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. The hotel location is perfect. But there was bad smell in our room ( 626 ) like a toilette that was never ending. We think that the problem was at the ventilation system. |

Good Location close to Metro Stations and Shopping street. Close to Taxi Stand. Internet Service was very unreliable it was not available for full 2days... Breakfast was simple and the same breakfast was repeated everyday.. Making it very monotonous. Hotel staff was good except for one specific lady on the reception who found it painful to answer a few questions about places of interest and if the internet has been restored..!!! Did not provide/have any tourist information despite being close to historic center...!!! No English newspaper or magazine to read... Room was very stuffy and cramped, window shutters did not work |

dining room/breakfast room decor nice Bedroom far too small, photos and descriptions of "superior double bedroom and facilities most deceptive... very disappointed. Wouldn't like to see an "ordinary/standard" room. Over priced. Wouldn't recommend it to friends unfortunately. |

Design of the hotel and location The breakfast was poor and the staff as well. I asked the lady at the reception about the best way to get to another city and she tried to evade me with short answers until I felt uncomfortable. |

the room was nice and the bed confortable. The breakfast was good aswell. There is one thing I was very surprised in this hotel, during the breakfast time, there are ham, cheese, butter, yoghurts..and above that there are lamps. For me this is the base, fresh products should be in a fridge not disposed beside lamps. Yoghurts, butter and ham was really hot, this is not hygienic at all. |
