Otel temiz ve lokasyonu iyi. Ama arkadaşımın odası lağım kokuyordu. Sadece sprey sıktılar. Yoğunluk sebebiyle de oda değiştiremediler.

Resepsiyonda check in ve check out'ımızı yapan bayan bilgisiz olmasına rağmen küstah ve ters tavırlıydı. Superior oda aldık ama bize standart oda verdiler. Ancak şikayet edince bu oda superior oda dediler. Kat görevlisi ve bellboy'a sordum. Standart oda olduğunu öğrendim. Onun üzerine başka odalar önerdiler. Açıklama olarak da "Marketing" olarak resim farklı olabilir ama 2 superior oda var kim gelirse önce o alır dediler. Ama biz parasını ödedik ve non refundable rezervasyon olduğu için bizim odalarımızı tutmanız gerekirdi dediğimizde sadece biraz daha büyük 2 oda önerdiler. Dediğim gibi zaten arkadaşım koku sebebiyle otelin adını bile duymak istemiyor. GM özür bile dilemedi. AFOM executive oda gösterdi, kabul ettik ama GM 30 € suppl istedi

The StarRitz hotel in Milan, Italy was fantastic. The location was perfect - close to Milano Centrale(train) and Linate airport. Also just a block away from terrific shopping district and restaurants. It was on a side street so it was very quiet. The restaurant in the hotel was a little pricey, but very good. The breakfast which is included in the room charge was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very nice and efficient, Our rooms were small but very very nice, clean and I have to say I had the best shower of my entire vacation here. We go to Milan at least once a year and we will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were to warm. Not individually adjustable heating. The rooms are very small.

for me was excellent because a found the comfort matress.i have a lot of problems with my back and this was very helpfull for me.

in the room was a nasty smell

Garage box in hotel is probably the only value of this location.

Reception staff is very very slow and unefficient

22 euro for a whole day use of the Hotel's Internet no chance to use my laptop for 45 minutes at marketable price that will suit to bussiness people too expensive bar prices and Restauarant. The Hotel is not near the Central station it is at least 14 minutes by Taxi.

The hotels fitness facilities and sauna, they are very good and open also from early morning to late night. So that when you go before to business or sight-seeing, or when you are back from them, you have still chance to use them. That was really great!

There was a light diffected in the bath-room in our room since we arrived. I have asked the receptionist 4 times threw our stay, but never get fixed. So at the end I had to get a lampe by myself, looking for the whole hotel and put it by myself. Receptionist at the hotel even did not care about it! I should get payed for that!!! The bath room without a proper light is not a hotel where you would pay to stay, 4 star hotel!!! And the room was not you call as "Delux dobble room"- It was not at all delux...very premitive. This way of managing the hotel, I doubt if any business man would repeat to use this hotel again...

The gym/spa was tiny.
