酒店没有开水供应，也没电热水壶，喝开水要加服务费，太夸张了。其他设施还行，价格相对其他旅游城市来说较- 低的，出门有地铁，但是方向很难找。

There is one unfriendly restaurant waitress made me feel that I was not welcome in the restaurant during breakfast. It appears that she has some issues when serving asians as I could see the differences when she served a non asian customer.

Only location and the service of the reseption

At first they gave as a very small and bad room(we pay for deluxe room) and after we complain they gave us a better one,and the breakfast could be better.

The staff were very cooperative and helpful..

Free internet access should be made available, this is a major drawback..

This hotel is just off the Corso Buenos Aires, one of the great shopping areas of Milan. It is also convenient to 2 Metro stops (< 150 meters each) that will take you straightaway to major city sites such as Il Duomo, La Scala Theatre, and the Castle. The room was decent size with a nice bath. The staff was very friendly and the wi-fi worked well (always a question for me).

Good hotel in general, more for business travelers. Good breakfast, spacious room and nice decoration. Near subway, and Corso Buenos Aires, but not so near to Duomo on foot.

The biggest disadvantage is the lack of free internet access in rooms. In the lobby the Internet is free only for half an hour. I guess this should be a standard for a 4 star hotel, and for the price we paid. The staff is quite cold and indifferent, even rude, especially at breakfast. The room, although it is renovated, is a bit worn (wallpaper and carpet) and there is an unpleasant smell from the drains. A ramp would be useful in the lobby, as there are many stairs for the suitcases. The last 2 days our key-card didn't work and we had to wait for someone to open our door with a key.

The location is great.Just in between 2 Metro stops and just around the corner from shops,supermarket,restaurants and ice cream shops. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is large but still miss some veggies and fibres.

Our room was a bit warm, the fan on the airco was running the whole time since it didn't manage to cool down the room to desired temperature. Do keep in mind that it was +27C outside at 9pm.We where also bitten by mosquitos the first night. To enter the hotel you have to walk down stairs which is a bit inconvenient when you have heavy bags.

The staff are very nice.

The Wifi at Lobby only 30mins for each username. It's not quite convenient for search tourist information.

Location is perfect. Steps to major shopping areas n three stations by metro to dumo.

Small room. Tiny. No coffee maker in room. It is a four * hotel????
