酒店没有开水供应，也没电热水壶，喝开水要加服务费，太夸张了。其他设施还行，价格相对其他旅游城市来说较- 低的，出门有地铁，但是方向很难找。

The dont turn on the air conditioner . The say the weather outside still cold. So I end up open the windows . U have to go to stair when u want to check in . And when u bring a lot of bag it going be a bit a trouble

- The reception clerk gave us a smoking room without explaining why he cannot give us a non-smoking one as requested - the elevators are tiny, hardly fitting two persons with luggage - the breakfast bread was stale all mornings and cut meats were not the freshest - cleaning lady started cleaning at 9 am while we were still having breakfast - bathroom taps were not working properly.

Good location, clean, freindly staff. I definitely will choose again this hotel for my next stay at Milan.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Just off Buenos Aires and a short walk from lima metro station.

We are not happy with the service of the hotel as a whole. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and we really liked it. This time the things were different. We booked a deluxe room (the booking was made 3 months in advanced)- like before-but the room was small suitable for single occupancy. When we called at the reception, they told us that it is also a deluxe room but not all rooms have the same size due to the formation of the building. We asked to be moved but the hotel was full. The rooms are not sound proof. You could hear the water form the next room everytime someone went in the bathroom orhad a shower!! They were also very hot and the air-conditioning was not working! The reception staff was trying to be friendly but they were not much of a help really. We asked for the late check-out policy and they gave us different answers- one said we had to pay extra half a day, the other said if we stay up to 2 more hours it was free of charge! They charge us 3:50 to use their pc and printer for half an hour and they wanted to be paid at the spot- not charged on our room!! As far as the breakfast, you did not have a lot of choices. You get tired of it after the first 1-2 days. So next time we are in Milan, we will try another hotel.
