Absolutely nothing. A very poor 2-star hotel claiming 4 stars, with too many defective accessories (door handles, lights, window shades, faucets). Very old furniture looking very worn, dusty. Another extremely bothering thing was their policy of paying full adult price for a 2+ year old kid. It was our worst experience in a ten years of travels around the world. I

It is a very expensive one-star hotel claiming to be 4 stars. The breakfast was worse than in a hostel, the windows in the couldn't be closed. It was draughty. The furniture - old... I am just wondering is this possible - first of all this place to have 4 stars and second to be part ot Ritz hotels, shame on Ritz

Location opposite the river was a great view for a city hotely. We had a room at the front which did encounter noise from the road outside. Double glazing would help to reduce the noise.

The staff at the Hotel Ritz was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself did not live up to it's "4 star" rating. The rooms were clean but there were some maintenance problems with the plumbing. The breakfast was appropriate for a continental breakfast. The rooms that we had were on the street and thus very noisy. The tour busses seem to congregate near-by and many group tours were walking in front of the hotel. The view of the river somewhat compensated for the noise. The rooms had seen "better days", but were clean.

Reasonable price, within walking distance from all major places of my interest Very noisy - though my room faced a sidestreet, I felt like sleeping in a care near a highway. Equipment is not looked after - E.G. when we checked in 3 of 5 lamps didn't work

the place is great. the frontdesk stuff is very kindly and helpful, and the bed is comfortable... The hotel is near by main street, it's very noise in the evening.The breakfast room is so small and the food was poor..

Absolutly nothing, this hotel is advertise as a four star hotel, when it is not een worth half of one. The pirctures are very decieving, I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL. Now if you don't care to pay four star hotel rating for a mere "pension" go for it, because the location it's great!It is a shame that hotel could be fantastic with a good renovation! We did not like anything, curatins we not there, but the rods were. Blankets were from 30 years ago!!!, The shower would not drain! THe hotel is old and run down, breakfast well it is better at Tiffanies!!!

The Hotel location is excellent. My room had the beautiful view of green hills from the window. The Hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.

Posizione. Hotel 4 stelle solo sulla carta....in realta' arriva massimo a un 3. Frigo bar vuoto (da notare il listino prezzi delle bevande...si...ma di quali bevande???) Camera piccola (senza terrazzo) Connessione internet nelle camere quasi nulla. Colazione scadente (con sala piccola)

La partenza è stata un liberazione. Il peggior hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato. Sporco, vecchio e assolutamente non un 4 stelle. Non ci tornerò mai più e sconsiglio vivamente di pagarlo o considerarlo più di un ostello di quarta categoria

La stanza 41 per posizione e prezzo è accettabile, la colazione è molto abbondante, così come le 4 stelle dell'albergo. Personale molto gentile. L'hotel però avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento. Siamo nel 2011. No, ma si sa chi si accontenta gode ed il costo fa perdonare le troppe stelle di autoeferenza .

Camera e bagno molto ampi.inoltre per 20 euro il garagista viene a prendere la tua macchina e la porta in garage. Purtroppo non ha nulla di un 4 stelle.l'arredamento è degli anni 80 e in bagno a parte sapone e shampo non c'era nulla,neanche il phon.anche la colazione era molto essenziale.direi che é giusto un 3 stelle e a quel prezzo avrei preferito un vero 3 stelle.magari più centrale visto che per raggiungere via tornabuonici volevano 20 minuti buoni.

“It was just as described and better! So very wonderful! Traveling solo first time to Florence. Perfect location for me...the walk into the center down the ancient cobblestone streets, the pool at the end of the day, the quiet location, the large room with high ceilings, its understated elegance and antiques, huge marble bath and large patio overlooking the grounds and Tuscan hills was enough to make me want to return in the spring. Loved everything about it...even met some wonderful people from Berlin. The breakfast buffet was amazing!
