Very good location is near in the most important places to visitin town

The rooms with the view to the river have too much noise because of the busy road

It was the most awful hotel I'd ever seen. Dirty, cheap products of the breakfast, dark corridors, broken door.

There was almost nothing that I like.

Our room was very spacious with views of the Arno and the bathroom was lovely with two sinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff, large rooms, good shower water pressure, good air conditioning.

Bathroom could be modernised. Some traffic noise if window left open.

The room was very poor, small with dirty walls and terrible smell was coming from the bathroom.The breakfast also was so poor as could be and was placed in a small room with plastic furniture.

The hotel was a short walk to the main attractions and also next to the river.

Very small breakfast room and the room required a bit of refurbishment.

No merece ni en sueño ser un 4 estellas!maximo un 2!!las mantas orribles!muebles viejos!Y Al hacer la reserva con booking no me quisieron dar nota fiscal!!exijo que me la manden vosotros!pedi una bottella d'agua me hicieron pagar al momento!!!

Locatia este excelenta fiind aproape de centru, personalul hotelului f amabil si respectuos, in camera era f curat si se facea curatenie zilnic.

Este un hotel bun care pt. imbunatatirea proprie ramane ceva optional.

とにかくひどい！４星なんて絶対にありえない。設備は非常に古く、その上汚い。清潔ではないというより「最高に不潔」と言ったほうが相応しいほど。唯一良いのは窓からのアルノ川の眺めのみ。しかしそれもホテルの目前で道路工事をしており工事音が耳障りでゆっくり眺める事もできない。レセプションの男性は親切だったが、その他スタッフは最悪。このようなホテルを紹介している御社に疑問を感じる。

とにかく不潔きわまりない。部屋の部品は古い上に汚れていてベッドサイドテ－ブルは触ると手が黒くなった。掃除をしているとは思えない。またバスル－ムはシャワ－のお湯の出が悪くその上水道管が錆びているのかお湯が黄色い。バスタブは流れが悪い上に汚れていて、足元にたまったお湯はバスタブに付着していた垢とホコリと黄色いお湯でまるで下水に足をつけている様で気持ち悪い。その上チェックイン後すぐにバスル－ムを見るとタオルがグチャグチャだったのでスタッフに「前の人が使ったままだから交換して」と言うと「クリ－ニング済み」と言い張った。それでも目の前で交換してもらったところタオルの掛け方が雑でグチャグチャだった。最初のタオルもたぶんクリ－ニング済みだったのだろうが掛け方がひどかった為使用済みに見えた。とにかく最悪だった。
