Hotel Ritz  

Absolutely nothing.

A very poor 2-star hotel claiming 4 stars, with too many defective accessories (door handles, lights, window shades, faucets). Very old furniture looking very worn, dusty. Another extremely bothering thing was their policy of paying full adult price for a 2+ year old kid. It was our worst experience in a ten years of travels around the world. I

It is a very expensive one-star hotel claiming to be 4 stars. The breakfast was worse than in a hostel, the windows in the couldn't be closed. It was draughty. The furniture - old... I am just wondering is this possible - first of all this place to have 4 stars and second to be part ot Ritz hotels, shame on Ritz

The staff at the Hotel Ritz was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself did not live up to it's "4 star" rating. The rooms were clean but there were some maintenance problems with the plumbing. The breakfast was appropriate for a continental breakfast.

The rooms that we had were on the street and thus very noisy. The tour busses seem to congregate near-by and many group tours were walking in front of the hotel. The view of the river somewhat compensated for the noise. The rooms had seen "better days", but were clean.

Reasonable price, within walking distance from all major places of my interest

Very noisy - though my room faced a sidestreet, I felt like sleeping in a care near a highway. Equipment is not looked after - E.G. when we checked in 3 of 5 lamps didn't work

Absolutly nothing, this hotel is advertise as a four star hotel, when it is not een worth half of one. The pirctures are very decieving, I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL. Now if you don't care to pay four star hotel rating for a mere "pension" go for it, because the location it's great!It is a shame that hotel could be fantastic with a good renovation!

We did not like anything, curatins we not there, but the rods were. Blankets were from 30 years ago!!!, The shower would not drain! THe hotel is old and run down, breakfast well it is better at Tiffanies!!!

The Hotel location is excellent. My room had the beautiful view of green hills from the window. The Hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again.

La partenza è stata un liberazione.

Il peggior hotel dove abbia mai soggiornato. Sporco, vecchio e assolutamente non un 4 stelle. Non ci tornerò mai più e sconsiglio vivamente di pagarlo o considerarlo più di un ostello di quarta categoria

La Posizione è ottimale, molto centrale.

Pulizia, Design, servizi assolutamente non da un hotel a 4 stelle

Camere fredde e inospitali non rispecchiano un 4* ma un 2*

Buona accoglienza. Ottima posizione.
