Vincenzo checked us in, and was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel so welcome. He even let us check into our room early as we were tired from a long overnight flight. The room and the breakfast were very nice. The shuttle service to/from the airport was a big plus. |

I was upset with the lack of helping me get a shuttle. They told me they would get me shuttle into Rome. I kept checking to make sure that the appointment was made to find out that the shuttle service was full. I wasted a whole half of day waiting for the help. They lack the basic information about transportation and cost. The service personal were in general weak and lack the basic knowledge of how or what were other options to get transportation. The only relied on one company. We found out the hard way. |

The room was very clean and the free Wi-Fi was nice. The room was about the size of a dorm room and the whole hotel was claustrophic. The bathroom was smaller than you would find in a motorhome but was very clean. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Others have commented about how nice the staff were but the guy behind the desk when we arrived was an absolute grouch. Even the other guests were commenting on his unfriendly attitude. It was like we were inconveniencing him by being there. I have never met someone so unappreciative of a customer before. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free if that guy was the person you had to deal with. Also, kind of a scary part of town. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. |

There was a pleasant outside court yard, and it was convenient to the airport. There were a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is a little seedy. |

Free internet usage. Bed was comfortable. Price was affordable. Variety of Breakfast items was good Shower was too small. Pastries at the end of the day were stale with a small fly in the case. Not appetizing for tired, hungry travelers. Only snack we could find were packs of peanuts we had to buy. |

Nothing, I felt robbed by the cost of the room, cheated by the advertising and in general I think that it is a dump. It seems to be designed for midgets. Everything. There are no saving items. I would never recommend this hotel and furthermore I will not go to a Best Western again as the chain is not aware of what they are selling. |

We were there over night to catch a morning flight from Rome to New York City. The hotel staff were friendly, and it was quiet. After paying 6 euros each to catch the airport shuttle, the driver dropped us at the international terminal, but failed to point out that we needed to take an airport shuttle to a remote site for passport services and international airlines check-in. |

The front desk attendent when we checked in was quite pleasant and recommended a good restaurant for dinner. The area surrounding the hotel was not well kept and while the website talks about being sea-side, we did not feel safe walking. |

Free internet access at the loby + free use of the printer. Small room. Location. 20-25 minutes drive from the hotel to the airport [12 Km distance and not 5 Km as quoted in the web site and the best western brochure]. |

The hotel was an excellent value, very clean, staff were helpful and the location ideal for a stop over between flights or cruise and flight home. It was an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The location was difficult for one not familiar with the area to locate. While it was wonderfully close to the sea, it was not in the best part of the city. However, there was no indication of illegal action or danger. |

when I enter the hotel , I horrified, IT looks like a dump they where nice but had to wait 2 hrs for the room to be clean lucky for me they gave me a room in a new part the room was very clen the bathroom was brand new but the bed was so hard that was difficult to sleep in it . |

Near the beach. Friendly personal Be attentive if you are no Italian. I've got invoice with additional price "Civitavecchia 130 euro" What is this??? - This is transfer to city called Civitavecchia. - Ok, our auto is in your parking now, what the transfer? - Oh sorry its our mistake but i don't know when we'll back your money to your account... My wife is very strong women and we've got back cash. |
