Large bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport.
Room was very small. Further from airport than other places. Floor needed sweeping.
The staff and room. Although there were only a couple of restaurants within walking distance the one where we ate dinner was excellent.
Although the beach is close there isn't much else of interest within walking distance.
Near Fiumacino Airport with shuttle bus connection. Quiet location. !00 m from the beach and sea. Nice breakfast. Less expensive than Rome hotels. Compact but adequate room and bath.
We were the last ones off the shuttlebus so ride from the train station to hotel was long. From hotel to airport we were chauffeured in a private mercedes so that trip was a pleasure.
We could hear every noise from every guest on our floor. The rooms appeared clean but there was a strange sewer smell.
This hotel's accommodations were great. four of us stayed in a quad room(4 beds). short walk from the beach and a few restaurants. clean, spacious, great breakfast, close to the airport. Great overnight stay!
Lack of room service as advertised-was asked to collect drinks from dining room on my order at night-and no room service menu available after a certain hour. Was told there was snack machine!
Staff was exceptional. Many very good seafood resturants a short stroll away. I'd use it again
Proximity to the airport and shuttle Breakfast included WiFi in common areas
We usually stay at a hotel right at the airport the night before we leave but decided to try this Best Western out at the beach. It's takes about the same time to get to the airport the next morning and it was great to be able to take a long walk along the ocean and have a nice dinner at the beach before saying: "Arrivederci Rome!" Would definitely recommend the hotel for it's location, cleanliness, elevator, value and getting a good night's sleep! The hotel desk was very nice and made the taxi appointment for us the next day. Will definitely stay again.
Shuttle was on time. Room was clean. Location is not as I expected.
The breakfast had fruit flies on all items. So we did not eat. There was nothing close to walk to for food. The front desk was not friendly at check in. It was a nicer man at check out.
I have used this hotel now for the past 3 years and i have been very happy with it and will make it my overnight stay before i leave for the airport again next year.....could not ask for more , even the breakfast was great! Great restful area by the beach.
Only once i had a very small room, otherwise very content with the place
The gentleman at the reception desk when we were checking in was very courteous and helpful.
Top floor terrace.
A bit of a walk to town.
Staff very friendly and helpful! We had quad room which had a wonderful terrazza for more living space. Clean and nicely laid out.
The main reason we booked this hotel was for their airport shuttle and we were unable to use if due to their limited times
The beach near the hotel is amazing, they have made little coves so its safe for children as you can't swim out into the sea. There are alot of bars and restaurants along the beach which close at 2/3pm then dont open again til 7/7:30
no supermarkets nearby which was a pain with a small child as we wanted to get some snacks for him for the plane and the during the day for lunch ect. also would be nice to have a little information from the front desk about the times that the restaurants open for dinner as 7:30 is late for my son. Also no hot food option for breakfast and not a big selection on pastries.
Location, the room was really nice, staff professional .They provided me with a gluten free breakfast as requested everything nice about it.Also transfers from the airport at a charge
The hotel was very accommodating and comfortable. Rooms were very nice and breakfast was wonderful.
Too far away from the airport and not many restaurants surrounding the hotel to choose from. Dinner for us late at night was expensive and the menu very limited. Shuttle service was about the same price as a cab.
Convenience and price
Mattress springs made the bed uncomfortable
-Few minutes far from the airport by taxi but in not in the airport itself. -Close to nice restaurants and bars -big and clean room
-The rooms in the courtyard have no windows -Fiumicino is a very ugly place on the coast
Close to the airport, safe and clean place, very good WiFi availability, nice staff and flexible check in time.
Very close to beach, restaurants etc Secure parking
A good and comfy option if flying out from "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport. Almost on the beach. Friendly staff.
Italian breakfast is not a big hit. Cakes instead of Bread?
The staff were fantastic especially the day porter, what a lovely man, wish we could take him home. The room and balcony space we had was very good. The air conditioning was great and the shower room. Location to beach great.
Wi fi did not work! No tea and coffee facilities Parking very tight
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at the hotel and there are many things I like including helpful staff, clean and well equipped rooms, etc. It is nice to be so close to the sea and several goo restaurants in centro or nearby Lido di Ostia.
The hotel is difficult to find. You really need a car and good directions. The rooms are not spacious but we did have a nice terrace. The breakfast is available from very early for flights but the quality of the food is not good. There is juice and coffee in machines, both fairly low quality. Perhaps the worst cappuccino I had during 6 weeks in Italy. It turns out if you ask a staff person they will make you a coffee, but they never really offer so I did not know this. An absence of fresh fruit was also disappointing. That being said, I have stayed at the hotel for two years in a row, because of the value, but I would like to see some improvement. It would also be helpful for the desk to provide accurate maps rather then print out mini Google versions that are less then helpful. Also the City of Fiumicino has added traffic cameras and so you may receive large fines in the mail without really being able to contest the offense or even meet their deadlines for payment. It appears to be a major money maker and a large speed trap! I like Italy and I like the Hotel but things could be done to improve.
