Placeringen er perfekt. Det tager ikke mere end 10-15 min at gå til Duomoen og endnu mindre til Ponte Vecchio. Morgenmaden var ganske god med både yoghurt, müsli, forskellige slags brød og kager, pålæg, frugt, røreæg, pølser og bacon. Hårtørreren på værelse 205 giver ikke rigtigt nok luft til at tørre håret og antenne-ledningen blev ved med at falde ud af tv'et, men det er småting, der ikke mindskede glæden ved opholdet. |

Great location, lovely ambiance, nice historic touches, clean and well run, very pleasant. Good breakfast. Large room, comfortable bed. |

The staff is wonderful. Really good value for your money. Clean and beautiful rooms. Walking distance from the hart of the city. I would go back to this hotel if I return to Florence. Thank you for nice time! |

Picked this hotel based on the traveler's reviews in Booking.com. As always they were right on target. Overall we enjoyed staying in Rivoli Hotel. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Wireless internet connection was not not good in the room. In spite of the small charge for it, it was useless. |

The staff was absolutely amazing. Also, the hotel is gorgeous. There were tons of mosquitos in the room, but the hotel is right next to the Arno River. You can't help that I suppose! |

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the couryard with it's jacuzzi pool as well as other common rooms. The dinner was excellent, as was the included breakfast |

Location is very good for those who plan travelling further around Italy and to other places (5 min from the train station). The services were also of very good level. Close to main turists attractions. |

The jacuzzi is a definite plus and much appreciated after a long day of walking; staff is attentive and professional; breakfast was adequate, dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent Some of the carpets and furnuture are in need of upgrading; tv was miniscule, size of the room--small. Noise was a problem. |

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting Italy and Florence was one of the first cities i visited, I was travelling alone and I dont' speak Italian. The staff was very helpful in giving me tips on how I can get around. The hotel was located very close to the station and also quite close to the major attractions (all within 10 minutes walk). Getting around was very easy. |

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfasts were extra-ordinary, and the value was good. When people occupied the outdoor patio at night, sometimes as late as 1:30 AM, the noise in our room was quite loud and we could hear other guests complaining about the noise from the patio. |

The hotel staff, the jacuzzi was a surprise. Advertised as 4-star. Faded quality at 4-star prices. Needs paint, carpets are ripped and torn. It is clearly many years since it is a 4-star quality. |

Very friendly and nice staff! Everything was nice and clean! Good breakfast, with outdoor terrace. Our room was not so big, but nice, except from the window (with no view). Nice terrace. Conveniently near the railway station. Approx 10 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio. |

The Rivoli hotel excellent.Staff, comfort, food, and accommodation.I could not fault it at all. The staff were extremely helpful and this is why I keep returning to this hotel for the last 4 years. i could not say there was anything I did not like. |
