Das Hotel ist zentral zum Bahnhof und den wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Es hat einen schönen Innenhof und die Zimmer sind leise.Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer haben einen sehr unterschiedlichen Standard und sind klein. Derzeit wird eine Nebenstraße des Hotels umgebaut: Pech,wenn man gerade ein Zimmer in diese Richtung hat. |

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes und trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuss im grossen "Geschehen". Der Pool war ausser Betrieb, was mich geärgert hat. War ein Grund dieses Hotel zu buchen, wegen dem Pool !!!! hat man mir leider nicht mitgeteilt. Erst bei der Ankunft kam dann die "Überraschung". |

Sehr gute Lage, Nähe Bahnhof und kurze Distanzen zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr sauberes Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter sowohl an der Rezeption, wie auch im Service. |

The staff is wonderful. Really good value for your money. Clean and beautiful rooms. Walking distance from the hart of the city. I would go back to this hotel if I return to Florence. Thank you for nice time! |

Picked this hotel based on the traveler's reviews in Booking.com. As always they were right on target. Overall we enjoyed staying in Rivoli Hotel. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Wireless internet connection was not not good in the room. In spite of the small charge for it, it was useless. |

The staff was absolutely amazing. Also, the hotel is gorgeous. There were tons of mosquitos in the room, but the hotel is right next to the Arno River. You can't help that I suppose! |

Location is very good for those who plan travelling further around Italy and to other places (5 min from the train station). The services were also of very good level. Close to main turists attractions. |

The jacuzzi is a definite plus and much appreciated after a long day of walking; staff is attentive and professional; breakfast was adequate, dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent Some of the carpets and furnuture are in need of upgrading; tv was miniscule, size of the room--small. Noise was a problem. |

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting Italy and Florence was one of the first cities i visited, I was travelling alone and I dont' speak Italian. The staff was very helpful in giving me tips on how I can get around. The hotel was located very close to the station and also quite close to the major attractions (all within 10 minutes walk). Getting around was very easy. |

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfasts were extra-ordinary, and the value was good. When people occupied the outdoor patio at night, sometimes as late as 1:30 AM, the noise in our room was quite loud and we could hear other guests complaining about the noise from the patio. |

The hotel staff, the jacuzzi was a surprise. Advertised as 4-star. Faded quality at 4-star prices. Needs paint, carpets are ripped and torn. It is clearly many years since it is a 4-star quality. |
