Staff were very helpfull all the time, and hotel was very central to station which made travel out of florenz easy and only a 10 minute walk from the tourist spots. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff great. Our room was a standard hotel room size, but still nice. the suites were much bigger. |

The room, although a bit small, was very comfortable and clean, with all the services that one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The restaurant was excellent, with good food and friendly staff -- I ate there each night of my stay in Florence. The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. The location was good for the train station. Just the location: it was a bit far from major sites in Florence, but close to the train station. Also, the location felt did not feel very safe for a solo traveller to walk around at night. |

The staff were attentive and the location of the hotel was very convenient, lastly, I think that the hotel facilities were good. The toilet was a bit small. |

Good location and the staff was friendly. 10 minutes walking to reach Duomo or Ponte Vecchio. Bathroom is very old. Bad regulation heat/cold water, minimum pressure. Very old TV. |

First of all I like the location, walking distance from the beautiful centre of Florence. Next: the staff, very friendly and helpful. The inside of the hotel is amazing, the entrance opens a new/old world having 2 inner 'gardens´, one with Jacuzzi. I was very happy with the location of my room, having a terrace on the sunny side and viewing the Jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good. Though it had a large terrace the room was rather small. The bed was bad. The shower switched automatically from hot to cold to warm to cold etc. The bath itself was too small. No parking places, the valet parking service costs ± 25 EUR per night. |

We liked the decor downstairs .There is a lovely lounge decorated in a cozy old fashioned style . The staff are really friendly & helpful .The restaurant staff are especially friendly. The noise level is low The restaurant menu was scarce in pasta & pizza dishes but hey the city is full of restautants so no problem really . |

Since I left early in morning, the breakfast box was prepared for me. Window was small and all what I can see was wall just 1 m from my window. It was even impossible to say is it sunny or raining outside. |

Very comfortable, stylish and spacious rooms. The garden is specially nice and the pool was a hit with the children. Excellent price/service ratio. The pool had too much chlorine: the pharmacist said so when I had to take my little boy to him at midnight because of eyes pain. It can be dangerous for the vision. |

Very clean. The staff was also very helpful (could speak english and french). They even prepared us a takeout breakfast and arranged for a taxi to the airport as our return flight was at 6:35 a.m. Near most attractions and restaurants. We were a bit set back by the neighbourhood. The shower was strangely placed. |
