Ładny hotel, w centrum miasta, w kilka minut można dotrzeć pieszo do wszystkich zabytków Florencji. Bardzo przyjemna sala z obfitym bufetem śniadaniowym, pyszną kawą i przemiłą obsługą. Zadbany ogródek i jacuzzi. Niewygodne łóżko - zbyt miękki materac. |

Picked this hotel based on the traveler's reviews in Booking.com. As always they were right on target. Overall we enjoyed staying in Rivoli Hotel. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Wireless internet connection was not not good in the room. In spite of the small charge for it, it was useless. |

The staff was absolutely amazing. Also, the hotel is gorgeous. There were tons of mosquitos in the room, but the hotel is right next to the Arno River. You can't help that I suppose! |

The jacuzzi is a definite plus and much appreciated after a long day of walking; staff is attentive and professional; breakfast was adequate, dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent Some of the carpets and furnuture are in need of upgrading; tv was miniscule, size of the room--small. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting Italy and Florence was one of the first cities i visited, I was travelling alone and I dont' speak Italian. The staff was very helpful in giving me tips on how I can get around. The hotel was located very close to the station and also quite close to the major attractions (all within 10 minutes walk). Getting around was very easy. |

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfasts were extra-ordinary, and the value was good. When people occupied the outdoor patio at night, sometimes as late as 1:30 AM, the noise in our room was quite loud and we could hear other guests complaining about the noise from the patio. |
