Sehr gute Lage, freundliche Atmosphäre, hilfsbereites Personal, Sauberkeit, gutes Frühstück. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer, vor allem die Spiegelbeleuchtung könnte besser sein, eine Ablage über oder neben dem Waschbecken wäre wünschenswert. |

Das Personal und die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit waren bemerkenswert. Meinen Wünschen wurde umgehend entsprochen und für meine Anliegen sofort Lösungen gefunden.Das Zimmer war hell und die Klimaanlage sehr leise. Das Frühstück bot ausreichend Wahlmöglichkeiten auch beim frischen Obst. Die Anschaffung eines Bügelbrettes ist sehr empfehlungswert. |

this was an excellent stay. the rooms were comfortable and spacey. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the location was ideal. probably one of my favorite hotels throughout our italy trip (we stayed in at least 8 hotels in 7 different cities...) |

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, but also close to the shops / duomo etc. Breakfast is good. There are several leaflets at the reception desk offering a variety of information and things to do that we found very helpful |

Service at the hotel was quite good. Our room was facing the square outside and it was quite noisy even with the windows closed. Noisy garbage cleaners in the morning (before 7 am) and broadcastings well into the night. |

Staff were really friendly and the receptionist lady, think her name was "Merta?" was extremely helpful and nice and had a smile on her face all the time :) and even offered to help us with the booking of some sight seeing but we didn't have the time to do. Actually all the staff were really polite and helpful at all times. And a very positive thing I would like to add about this hotel is its very central position, as it's very close to almost every thing, metro station, shopping streets...but still very quiet and not noisy at all. Breakfast was simple and good.. Nothing negative at all, all was great! |

The situation of the hotel was excellent, close to everything. Breakfast more than sufficient and fresh Superior double room was not as shown on booking.com web pictures. No four poster bed. |

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service in particular Luigi the head waiter. The room was spacious and very well appointed and the breakfasts were superb. I would definately return to this hotel |

The location of the hotel was ideal for a short city break. The room and en suite seemed to be recently refurbished and was very nicely done with a good shower in the en suite. |
