The location of the hotel is good, at easy distance to the city centre; near restaurants We booked the hotel almost a mounth ago and they gave us a room without window, at the last floor |

Location is ideal for Florence. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Air conditioning and plumbing from other rooms were a bit noisy. Surcharge for wireless use. (I had just stayed at a much cheaper hotel in Florence where wireless was free.) |

Facility, location as well as hotel staff are perfect for this price. Only concern is that the road in front of the hotel is is subject to fine unless plate number of the car and entrance time is reported to the police through the hotel. |

The room we were given was dark, needed lights on all the time, overlooked a dingy and noisy (half the night) back lane. The hotel was expensive for the quality of room offered. We did not think it rated four star. |

Me ha gustado su emplazamiento, muy cerca de la estación y del centro de la ciudad y la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo del portero de noche.Y la relación calidad-precio La única pega es el mal olor en el baño, que se nota que no es por falta de limpieza sino por problemas de cañerías (también en algunas calles de la ciudad había ese problema) |

La comodità, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. Anche la camera era grande e ben arredata. L'unico, grande aspetto negativo è stata l'insonorizzazione con l'esterno, totalmente mancante. Di sera soprattutto entra in camera tutto il rumore della strada sottostante: decisamente non una situazione da albergo a 4 stelle. |

La centralità dell'albergo mi ha permesso di visitare l'intero centro storico di Firenze. Staff davvero cortese nell'organizzarmi visite ai musei; inoltre, ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità nel lasciarmi fare colazione nonostante fossi arrivata tardissimo in sala. 場所が良い。部屋は綺麗で広さもフィレンツェにしてはまあまあ。 フロントの人は皆親切、笑顔で対応してくれたが、朝食ルームの従業員（男性、女性共）の態度は最悪。こちらが挨拶しても何も言わず。冬だと言うのに朝食ルームに毎日ハエが飛んでおり食欲を無くし、４泊したが最終日は食べに行かなかった。 |
