Hotel Roma  

The look and feel as soon as we walked through the door. The helpful and friendly staff. The spacious room and it's amenities.

Our room faced the square and the noise at night from the square the first night we were there was frustrating.

Great location - just a few minutes wlk from all major places of interest. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of food. Responsive and friendly staff.

Airconditioning system was not working in the room so had to sleep at night with open windows which caused some incomfort due to street noise was coming in disturbing night sleep.

The location was great, excellent staff, lovely facility , very comfortable rooms, loved the rooftop garden, and selfserve bar and snack machines.

The hotel was ideally placed for the station and the city. All the staff were helpful and polite and the hotel itself was lovely.

Unfortunately due to its location the room was noisy, especially late in the evening. There was also a slightly unpleasant smell to the room, which I suspect was a result of the cleaning products used in the bathroom.

Everything about Hotel Roma was excellent. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by hotel reception staff and one female receptionist in particular was very helpful with a problem I had in gaining access to internet facilities and printing off a document for me. The location of the hotel was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the railway station and was central for all the tourist attractions. Our room was lovely, overlooking the square and was very clean. Breakfast was also impressive with a good choice which should suit everyone.

The hotel is excelent. The room is very confortable. The breakfast was not so good. It is worth mensioning the bad mannered srew that runs the breakfast and, aperntly choses those few she should be civil with. Besides that, the coffee is bad and cold, the fruis are old, the bread is no good and the croissant are frozen.

Very comfortable hotel. Great bed and really good bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Our view was wonderful during the day, however at night it was so noisy. There is a Pub right outside the hotel that is open until 2:00 am and it is very loud. Then people stay out in the Piazza all night being very noisy. When it is not the people that are keeping you up then it is the garbage disposal issues. The garbage bins are very close to the hotel so all night long you hear the huge bins of garbage being dumped.

You had to pay for WiFi and the internet was not free either. In a hotel like that you should get free WiFi! They need to replace the windows on the Piazza side so that they are sound proof. If they did that then it would be a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view but we did not sleep both nights we were there.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room (also including a bath not just a shower!), in a square just a few minutes walking distance from train station. The staff I came in contact with were extremely helpful and courteous. The lady at the reception desk when I checked out was very concerned and apologetic about something which was absolutely out of the hotel's control. Excellent breakfast.
