Efficient check in, clean room, and excellent breakfast, made the stay very pleasant. Handy internet ( at a price) in the lobby convenient. Large spacious room, and was lucky enough to score the only 'Juliet' balcony. Musty bathroom smell was unpleasant, but overall the room was perfect. |

It was a short walk from the bus / train station. I only stayed 8 hours so hard to make a lasting judgement. |

Courteous staff, well-varied breakfast buffet, neat and tidy rooms. Good location if you arrive by train. Air conditioning turned off and no possibility to have fan or ventilation in the room. Some sort of climatization would have been nice since it's too noisy to sleep with the windows open, although we finally had to. |

The breakfast was great and the cleaners were very good. It was lovely to come back to a tidy room! The view and because of this i thought it was a little over priced. |

The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast. The room was at the front of the hotel with a busy, noisy road outside. With the shutters and window closed the sound disappeared but so did the daylight. |

closeness to city center, clean rooms it was extremely noisy, and you could not stay with open windows. If the windows were closed it was OK. I didn't like the staff at the reception, they were not so nice, but rather cold and just doing their job. |

The renovated rooms in the second building are very good. The rooms in the main building are old. In the hall and the lift of the second building there was a very strong smell of sewer. The price difference of the two type of rooms does not reflect the quality. The old rooms should be cheaper. |
