Staff was cordial and available room was very little compated to the rate. Moreover the floor was very noisy due to bad wall insonorization. Space for the breakfast was essential with few tables. Elevator was really tiny (1 person max) and unstable in the lift... better to use the stairs! |

Everything was excellent. The hotel is good and the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is also good. Location and value for money are very rational. Special thanks to Mr. Jaluka - administrator on the reception desk, he is very polite, reliable and careful, giving useful advises and suggestions and taking good care about hotel's customers. If you need to know "where", "when", "how much" just ask Mr. Jaluka, he will certainly help you and give a honest and correct advise. |

Hotel is close to city centrer Receptionist was a little bit ironic, parking costed 19E, room was very small and next to road - tram was quite noisy. |

The hotel was located quite near the shops. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and good. The staff was not so friendly. The hotel was really noisy (the tram and you could hear what the people in next indoor spoke). There wasn't any bar near, which was open in the evening. |

The hotel has no parking on site. You have to drive around the block to find a parking garage. Unloading bags at the front door of the hotel can be risky because the train runs down the very narrow street. The hotel over all was alright, but just not very easy to deal with, since you can't park close. The staff also acted like they had better things to do when you would ask them questions. |

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, sound from other rooms wasn't much of an issue for us, a nice breakfast provided, and very well located w.r.t. the touristy center inside the old city walls, while itself located in a less touristy area. Somewhat noisy even at night on the side facing Viale Piave, compensated by getting a slightly larger room there. |

the location, the rooms were ok as was breakfast. the receptionists (in fact: all of them!) did not appear to be happy with their clients: not welcoming at all, very uninterested looking bored, and they talked English (which they really could speak very well) very inarticulately |

The location of the hotel is not very far from the city center. It is near a supermarket and metro. I think good choice for budget stay with good transportation which alows to reach main destinations easy. |

It is relatively close to the main atractions, about 30 min (normal walking) to Duomo. The room walls were umbelievable thin, so you here the guest next door as if they were inside your own room. And no one at the reception told something to tell other guests to simply make less noise even after my request. |

Nice hotel instand the room they are not so big and not small normal size close to small but they are very clear and with out noise .near to the center.nice breakfast.my regards to jan loukas the resephonist he help us a lot with his informations.and to the mrs she was to the breakfast. |

The staff is ok, good breakfast, good value for money. Awful service from one of the staff members in the very moment of check in. Sent me for another hotel while I had an reservation on this one, and once I came back and he found out he was mistaked, was very impolite. Hard to erase the initial bad impression. Im not coming back. |

The hotel is very well located, with a number of restaurants in the immediate area and easy access to public transport. Although, as ever in Milan, traffic is a problem at peak times. The room was clean and there were complimentary toiletries in the bathroom aplenty. The front desk staff were a little curt, but efficient. |
