The courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. The cleanliness and design of the new rooms. A very nice breakfast, including scrambled eggs made to order, and a very pleasant breakfast room. The location just off the main square is excellent.

Location and service were excellent. The one problem with this hotel is if you have a room facing out onto via Pascal - there is a lot of noise from early in the morning.

I only stayed here for 1 night (18/19 June 2011). The room was 201. The location is great, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than other hotels where you're getting jut 1 cup of milk and a croissant.Lots of food: salami, cheese, cereals, fruits and so on... An a plus. The room seemed a little bit cold. The floor was marble or cement, I dunno. Without a carpet.

The staff is very friendly and well organized. The location is just in the city centre and perfectly situated for a walk around. And if you are old enough to accept advice, let them suggest a restaurant.I will suggest this hotel only to friends.

Bike hire via the Cuneo Hotel Association The breakfast was pretty basic. Lots of sweets/cakes offered instead of real food and these cakes were dry also !!!

Staff were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived and we loved the town oF Cuneo and the surrounding countryside. The Tourist Information Office in Cuneo was able to provide maps with cycle routes which we enjoyed walking, and a guide to the town which we found very useful. Limited bar facilities, thought the ciy itself is awash with bars and restaurants.

I piatti caldi della colazione ( uova ecc) vengono cucinati al momento. Ad 1 km dalla stazione, ci si arriva facilmente a piedi. Ed è vicinissimo al parco della gioventù, ottimo per una corsetta o passeggiata al fiume! Ci sono stata un paio di volte, e ho sempre trovato il pavimento di legno che scricchiola in una maniera fastidiosa!

Les personnes de l'accueil sont super sympa, le petit déjeuner copieux, les gens parlent très bien français, rien à dire. Si je dois repartir à Cunéo je choisirais de nouveau cet hôtel.
