Hotel Salsello  

Hotel is very good. Clean room, big enough, own parking - guarded and safe, just by the sea, we had room vwith sea view, very good breakfast, very helpful staff, newspaper to read at reception, own restaurant with very good food and service - very good price, room big enough, comportable beds, highly recomended, easy to get to and from Bari airport. Just 3O minutes from the airport by car. Taxi to / from to airport cost 50 Eur one way.

Proximity to friends' Bisceglie villa. Staff members were helpful and polite.

Hotel and amenities need to be updated. Bathroom plumbing needs improvement. The sink and shower drains in my room smell bad.

Comfortable beach hotel. Good buffet breakfast.

Somewhat rundown. Needs maintenance badly.

We felt it was not a 4 star rating .The pool obviously has not been used for a long time, which is misleading on the website.The beds are not comfotable too hard.

The hotel is right on the seafront and within easy walking distance of Bisceglie which is a lovely Medieval town. The hotel restaurant was great and the staff were very helpful.

Although clean and serviced daily the room was very dated. It had a very small balcony where only one person could sit out. Due to the time of year the hotel pool and beach were closed so go before mid September if you want to use these facilities.

Hotel's location is perfect, right in the seaside. The hotel has a bit old fashioned but comfortable rooms, fairly big, the bathroom is nice, quite well equiped and not too small. The view is ok – all of the rooms has a small balcony with look at the see. The rooms are air-conditioned. The breakfast is good, always the same, croissant, their pastries, ham, egg, cheese, butter. Their fresh baked bread and bread rolls are delicious!! Distance from the downtown is approx. 20-30 min. Walk. The railway station is 50 min.walk. We recommend the hotel for everybody!! We will back.

Staff were with an official smile, but they were helpful and did their tasks. The hotel has own beach, but the bed and the umbrella for 3 persons 18 EUR/day, we find it too expensive. Fortunately Bisceglie’s seaside is a long-long beach, you can easily find other - good and better - places to be in the shadow – free. The Italian (and find it in France too) style bedcovers not hygienic and not comfortable for two people cover with the same cover. The extra bed is tired, needs replacement.

Mooi vormgegeven hotel uit 1966. Er is toentertijd in kwaliteit geïnvesteerd, dus de bijzondere vormgeving van het in- en exterieur van hotel en restaurant zijn nog grotendeels origineel. Prima restaurant.

Ligging van hotel tov zee en stadje Biceglie zijn goed. Zwembad was oke. Goed ontbijt.

Terras aan zee was niet geopend, zwaar beschadigd door een kennelijke storm van een aantal dagen geleden. Dit terras is op de site het grote aantrekkingspunt van het hotel, je ziet vrijwel alleen foto's van dit terrras, nauwelijks van het hotel zelf. Op basis van dat terras aan zee hadden we geboekt, en als dat dan niet beschikbaar is, en het hotel daar niets over zegt/ geen compensatie aanbiedt, zijn wij enigszins teleurgesteld over ons verblijf in het hotel.

is dit een 4 sterren hotel??? wanneer hebben ze hier nog eens inspectie gehad? het hotel is zeer verouderd en heeft een grondige renovatiebeurt nodig! de kleerkast in het hotel stond wankel als je de deuren opende. het 3de bed was echt schandalig slecht! was een veldbedje met een extreem dun matras erbovenop die volledig doorzakte! douchebak was onderaan beschimmeld. tv toestel zeer oud en ontvangt slechts 5 kanalen met sneeuwbeeld! ontbijtruimte waren de vensterstijlen onder de witte schimmelaanslag! ontbijt was pover! konde geen gebruik maken van het buitenzwembad want die was verplicht met badmuts! zeer onvriendelijk personeel!

La posizione sembra essere l'unica nota positiva, anche la pulizia nn era male ma le chiazze di umidità sotto il soffitto del bagno nn giocavano a suo favore. Nn possiamo dir nulla a proposito della colazione perchè abbiamo preferito farla fuori.

4 stelle???????????!! Ma scherziamo??!!! Io ne toglierei almeno una...la struttura è vecchia e andrebbe rimodernata e rinfrescata. La pulizia era discreta ma penalizzata moltissimo dal mobilio vecchio e poco curato e soprattutto dalle chiazze di umidità e dall'intonaco cadente in alcuni punti. Non mi sentirei di consigliarlo a chi cerca un'ambiente curato, anche se spartano e tantomeno a chi si aspetta un hotel 4 stelle.

in de brochure van jullie staat een privé strand vermeld,maar er staat wel niet bij dat dit tegen betaling was en wel 29,00 Euro/dag/2pers. Dit vindt ik er toch over!!

Vicino mare．

Sono deluso sopratutto di mancanza ombrellone sulla spiaggia dell'albergo. Telefonicamente ero asicurato che ombrelloni di lido salsello sono disponibili per clienti dell'albrgo e tranquillo quando arrivo sabato mattina posso prenotare, invece all'arrivo mi e' stato detto che ombrelloni sono prenotati per due mesi come abbonamenti, triste ma la verità. Altra delusione pulizie, albergo 4 stelle e sotto la doccia muffa, veramente ricordi non belli. Per fortuna solo 1 notte.
