Close proximity to S. Marks square - very convenient. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. On our arrival staff assisted us with bringing luggage up the stairs. Offered to make bookings on guided tours which assisted us greatly. Clean, neat hotel. Continental breakfast was well presented and adequate. We had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again. The only down side are the steps to get to the hotel foyer- no lift. However this was not a problem as the staff offered to assist us. |

excellent location, helpful hotel staff, clean rooms the rooms have very old design / furniture (for some this may be a plus rather than a minus...); small breakfast tables, sometimes a humid smell in the bathroom |

Staff was very pleasant and helpful with information, maps, directions, ability to leave luggage. Hotel well located. Bathrooms were small and the combination shower/tub was not well designed, led to water all over bathroom. |

Cheap. Pretty clean! The hotel is on the 2nd floor, and there was no lift and just 2 flights of rather long stairs, we had to hurl our luggage upstairs. Our room was clean but the airconditioner wasnt working and kept spitting out heat and it was so hot that we couldn't sleep. The breakfast was in their reception hall, which was kind of weird. |

brilliant, very close to San Marco. we especially liked the minibar )))) light smell specific in the room, however I think that every house in Venice should have a smell.... easy to get rid of when the window is open. |

The shover was too high. We could not be able to use it. The water spreaded around the wall instead of the consecrating on the user and does not cover the whole body. It is suggested to use a shover with a hose/pipe like many other hotels. |

Proximity to San Marco. No lift, rather drab looking room, tiny bathroom |
