the location is good with the metro and a supermarket just beside the front door. I think that 3 stars are too many, 2 stars will be enough. The breakfast is very poor and one day a cake was in bad condition an next day the pineaple juice was out of date. They don't have a master key to open the rooms so if you don't let your key in reception before you go outside nobody will clean your room because they can not open the rooms.

Very budgetary variant! For those who search Rome bye foots much and doesn't apply for lux, this hotel is the BRILLIANT VARIANT. From the metro station Pz. Bolognia it is within 80 steps. A rare opportunity: 10 steps from the hotel there is a supermarket. And 50 steps to private mini market with cheese, sausages, bread. And all – domestic handmade!!!! 40 steps - a coffee- house with different sweets and a wine choice. To the center of 4 stops by the metro with one change on. In total is only 15 minutes, and you are - at the beginning via Nazionale already. Hotel staff all are very kind. All options are normal and comfortable. A breakfast nourishing. I remained as very happy about this my choice and I am ready to recommend this hotel to my friends. Small defects which can be suffered: 1) in the morning at restaurant during a breakfast time is slightly cool in January. 2) It is a pity that in hotel there are no rooms with a bathroom. Only rooms with a shower. 3) The Lift begins on the second floor on which l about 30 abrupt steps leads. With heavy luggage is a serious test. It would be desirable, that employees of hotel have incurred to help to lift luggage.

There is a misleading information in the hotel facilities. It says that the hotel has an elevator, and this is true from level 1 up. Bul the only way to reach the elevator is though 38 steps. I has a problem in my leg and it was very difficult for me to go up and down. But what happens if a client has to use a wheel chair and selects this hotel because there is an elevator?

Aircon in the room, Minibar, decent fittings though a bit tired. Breakfast was a little bit average for it being in Italy but there was plenty of choice.

Convenient location: supermarket, bank, metro and bus are very close. The maid serving breakfast is very kind and is always ready to help. It could make my stay perfect if I could have boiled water to drink every day.

Great value for money - excellent breakfast, easily accessible by bus and metro. Some things can be inconvenient to cope with. The lift does not begin on the ground floor - after lugging heavy suitcases up and down metro stairs, it was hard to do it yet again inside the hotel. The air con is operated by flipping a 'trip' switch on a wall panel. Not easy to work out!

We travelled with a 10 months old baby. The staff was really nice and helpful and we had a crib already in the room when we got to the hotel. nice breakfast too! The only negative is that there was no elevator to the first floor so if you travel with alot of packing and a stroller and a small child maby you should concider this. Otherwise we liked our stay.

The breakfast is really good, with a lot of options to eat. Everything is delicious! The metro station is very near and we have a supermarket besides the hotel. The bedroom has everything that we need: air conditioning, tv, privacity, The elevator is in the first floor, so, you have to carry on your luggage up the stairs when you arrive or down the stairs when you're leaving the hotel. It's unbelievable!

neighberhood - looked like a real hotel - breakfast not too bad it´s okay for what it is in this price category, but objectively spoken: need for an update of the complete structure - bad recommendation for a restaurant (commission tip?)

I felt the staff at reception were little grumpy. The room and bathroom were very basic. I had to wait at least five minutes for the hot water in the shower. The toilet seat was broken and overall the bathroom was little scary. The room was basic enough and small. The bedding was clean however was old with holes in the sheets. On the Sat and Sun nights in the middle of the night, there was a lot of shouting and screaming from people coming back late which could be heard loud and clear in our room. The breakfast was very basic. Tinned fruit, ham, cheese and packaged croissants in a room that had lots of curtains that were not open even in the mornings. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. It's worth noting that although the hotel is right next to Bologna on Line B, Line A isn't running after 21:30 until April 2012, there is a replacement bus service but finding the stops can be problematic. We booked a double room but it was two single beds pushed together. The continental breakfast was fine but the coffee was disgusting and tasted burnt.

The location is near the metro station It is so rare that guest has to pay the bill during check-in but not at check-out. Hotel states in the internet that WiFi costs 10 Euro per 24 hours. However, we were told that it costs 5 Euro for using 3 hrs only.
