Very friendly and warm welcome by professional, English speaking personnel. The breakfast buffet was so beautifully presented, didn't miss anything and the breakfast room is so stylishly and Italian/Tuscan in design. Very pretty! As the staff knew that it was our honeymoon, they put us into the better room which was lovely. |

Amazing location, very kind staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms with painted ceiling.And what about the breakfast?Simply delightful with handmade cakes, a large selection of jams and, for example, fresh orange juice, hard to find in other hotels. Fantastica location, staff molto gentile e camere confortevoli con soffitti affrescati. E la colazione? Semplicemente deliziosa con dolci fatti in casa, una grande selzione di marmellate e, per esempio, c'è della spremuta d'arancia fresca, difficile da trovare in altri hotel. |

Clean and luxurious feel for Spoleto. Helpful staff. It is a strenuous climb from the hotel to the main parts of the city. Elderly or disabled people would find it a tough walk. No restaurants nearby on the hotel street level. |

Tremendous welcoming and caring staff that could not do enough to be of assistance. Continental breakfast was second to none. Perfume from the rose garden into our room was magnificent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and staying in the beautiful town of Spoleto which was the highlight of our trip to Italy.l Noting , I found nothing negative about the San Luca or its staff. |

The room was beautiful, as were the lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices. Our room had a private terrace which was lovely, a whirlpool bath, and painted murals on the walls. It was a luxurious, romantic setting. The hotel was nice and quiet, though the room got pretty bright when the sun came up. The staff member who checked us into the hotel was excellent, she went out of her way to help us find our way around the town in light of our situation (I had a sprained foot so I was walking around on crutches). The internet passwords were only given for 1 hour increments, which wasn't very convenient. The hotel was difficult for us to find by car, so getting precise directions is a must. We got lost again, worse this time, trying to drive back after sunset. Parking was limited, though we didn't have trouble getting a spot. It seemed like the hotel was a bit far from the city center, though we didn't attempt to walk it given my foot injury. At times, the courtyard was a little smelly (we weren't sure why). |

Warm, helpful front desk staff, with many suggestions for places to visit, shop, dine, etc. Lovely and gracious, small "boutique" hotel at a reasonable price. Excellent breakfast included. Free parking available (though not guaranteed, we had no problem finding spots available). NO. We were extremely happy with our experience at this hotel, and would happily return. One minor suggestion: our room could have been enhanced by the addition of some art work on the walls. |

Zonder meer perfect ! Bijzonder aangenaam onthaal, personeel was steeds zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, stijlvolle en artistieke inrichting. De kamer was ruim en bood alle comfort, met oog voor detail. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, naar keuze in het restaurant of op de binnenplaats. Parking in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van het hotel. |
