Son charme un tantinet désuet! Je pense qu'il aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement! Les tapis sont quelque peu ternis par le temps ainsi que le tissus des fauteuils!

La struttura è ben mantenuta e gestita.Ottima colazione e gentilezza del personale.Pulizia della camera.Buona posizione per la visita a parte della città antica Senza essere troppo polemico suggerirei un bollitore nelle camere, come spesso si trovano negli altri hotel, ma non è comunque un problema che non far scegliere questo hotel.

La grande disponibilità del personale, la gentilezza e la professionalità. La struttura è inoltre molto elegante e raffinata, sistemata con molto gusto. La pulizia e l'igiene sono impeccabili. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per raggiungere il centro della città e al tempo stesso godere di un'assoluta tranquillità e pace.

Splendida, gentile e molto effciente l'accoglienza in un ambiente molto familiare. Ottima disponibilità dello staff per consigli e esigenze varie. Meravigliosa la piccola colazione molto ricca e curata con ben 5 crostate "veraci" una migliore dell'altra. Senz'altro da segnalare agli amici che vanno a Spoleto.

Da l'idea di un ambiente famigliare. L'accoglienza è ottima! Nel complesso il giudizio è positivo, soprattutto per il buon gusto nella scelta dell'arredo ed il personale. Vorrei consigliare di modificare il tipo di illumonazione (quella attuale penalizza moltissimo il contesto a danno dell'atmosfera) e di dare una rinfrescata alle tappezzerie (specie dei divani).

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. L'ambiente caldo, accogliente e familiare, lo staff disponibile e preparato. L'hotel è comodamente raggiungibile in auto e vicino al centro. Una nota speciale alla colazione ricca e deliziosa, fatta di sapori ritrovati.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la camera era spaziosa e la corte, i salotti dell'albergo molto belli e curati. Purtroppo non funzionava wi-fi nella nostra stanza!
