the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good the room was very different than shown on the website. instead of a triple with a queen bed and a twin, there was a queen and a chair that opened to a bed which could not be slept on. the 5cm think/160cm long mattress was put on the floor which made for a very bad night sleep |

Very well located, close to cafe's and restaurants, great views. Very good breakfast served. Attentive staff. One of the nicer mid-range hotels in Cortona. Room could have been prepared earlier (seemed like it may not have been occupied for some time). Room initially had a stale smell. Problem was eventually resolved and we stayed for a week. |

Excellent location within the town. Room OK. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. All round, it was a good experience. Air conditioning in our room failed. Some of the ccommon areas of the hotel could have been kept at a higher temperature to make them more useable - in particular, the lounge on second floor was cold. |

This is a delightful hotel, our favourite on this trip. Typical Tuscan style, great location and lovely breakfast, The rooms are very spacious, we had a separate sitting room. |

Exceptional staff,took care of all our needs ,inquiries and comfort.Great breakfasts with a wonderfull display of food.Less than 200 meters to main square which was very enjoyable with its market and small shops. Very friendly people. We believe a must place to experience. |

Really excellent and helpful staff, except for one very minor matter when a chamber maid virtually insisted on coming into our bedroom at about 9.30am so that she could clean it! It is at the top of a narrow steep street, but that is what you should expect in Cortona, and once at the hotel its situation was a big advantage. |

How close it was to the centre of Cortona This was the most expensive hotel for overnight car parking of our holiday; 20 euro a night the next most expensive was 13 euro. |

Excellent hotel staff, very nice room, good location, beautiful hotel lobby When you took a shower most of the toilet was wet due to missing curtain. It would be preferable if they had wholemeal bread at breakfast. |
