Friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, hot shower, quiet, close to shopping & metro Neighborhood that had to be crossed to get to the closest metro stop wasn't the safest. No major danger though. Not appropriate for women alone at night. |

The hotel is functional and it does what it sets out to do. The breakfast buffet and room is a plus, quite cozy. I didnt think too much of the rooms, but nice with a large bathroom. Refurbishing the rooms - was somewhat 80's like .... |

Location is good near from Central station and shopping zone. all the staff was kind to provide neccessary information. Plastic plates around the electric light were dirty to give the impression that the whole room might be dirty. It would be better to clean once so that the hotel could give more clean image to the customers. |

Leaving All just very average certainly not a four star hotel comparing it other 4 or 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Travel Inn/ Lodge over here are of a equal standard. Room very small. |

Il personale molto cortese, nelle stanze trovi tutto quello che ti serve e vengono pulite molto bene. Un ambiente molto ospitale e caldo. L'unica pecca era che non erano preparati a dare la colazione a tante persone, la sala era troppo piccola per ospitare più di 50 persone, così abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po'. Ma non era grave, ci siamo seduti comodamente nel giardino. |

The location is fairly good, it's a 5 minute taxi ride from the central station and about a 15 min walk to Central Milan. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful with our queries. Breakfast is also decent. The decor of the rooms is poor, it looks old and tired and just made me want to leave the room as soon as I entered. They should really invest in some re-furbishment. |

Conveniently located to the city center and to the main train/bus station (all within walking distance.) Nice continental breakfast in the morning. We were able to leave our bags in the hotel for several hours after we checked out. Helpful staff. our room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. Truly, very small. |

The staff of the hotel was very friendly, room – clean and cosy, very nice inner garden no service for breakfast in the inner beautiful garden was provided, so it was difficult to bring it from the breakfast room which is downstairs |
