The hotel was value for money and had everything that the average traveller will need. Rooms were comfortable and well provisioned. Bathrooms modern and everywhere was clean and fresh. The reception staff appeared unfriendly on arrival but I think it had just been a long day as in general they were helpful, considerate and polite. |

although room at first impression was like a camping cabin, it was very big and clean and quiet. When I checked in the guy at the reception wasn't overly friendly or welcoming and although he replied to the few questions I had, he seemed annoyed. Other people at the reception however were friendlier later but it did make me wonder if I would go back there now. |

Teh hotel lobby has a certain ambiance and the staff is excellent- very polite and helpful with advice. There is an inner courtyard where it is nice to hide from the day's heat. The location is very good, close to the center and the underground, so you can reach any sightseeing point very easily. A nice surprise were two excellent restaurants on the same street- the Illie and Carpacio. The annoying thing was the coffee at breakfast- I am not sure whether it was instant coffee or very diluted, anyway quite bad. There was a description of the hotel that almost all the rooms face the inner garden. No such luck for us. The room was very simple, no view, no balcony. However, it was very clean and quiet. |

The hotel is a great find in expensive MIlan great room, freindly staff and ten minutes walk to the Duomo. Breakfast was excellent though no included in the room rate. We will certainly be reurning. |

the hotel was clean and a good base for seeing Milan.we booked two rooms.the rooms were comfortable.and room service good.the hotel bar was good and the breakfast room very clean and a nice choice of foods. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was lovely....even with the weird blue 'Art' in the bathroom :-). The location is also good, 2mins to the Metro there was no iron, only an ironing service Monday to Friday...other than that its a great hotel for a city break.... |

Very nice backyard with the italian flowers ;-) Nice Breakfast, and friendly staff. The P.Venezia metro is very close , and on the main red line... Shopping is just outside the door, and the area has many well known and exellent restaurants. |

Relative close to all the POI due to the metropolitan stations located in both ends of the street. The best thing was the big number of the restaurants located in the same street with Sanpi Hotel, some of that with really great menu. The heating system has been turned off during of our stay there. Little bit cold in the night. |

The comfort, central location and how clean the Hotel was. No nothing but can they include the contact address and phone number of the Honourary Irish Consulate in Milan as it seems to be the only one missing from the list of Consulates in Milan left in the bedroom information booklet? |
