The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also good. The breakfast was a bit of a frustration. But there were a lot of places around where one could have breakfast otherwise. The room was a little bit depressing. But on the other hand, I'd never stayed in a two-star hotel, so I don't have anything to compare with. It was acceptable though - I didn't spend any time there other than sleep and rest. |

The room was nice, however the whole bathroom was the shower it was impossible to get all the moisture out of the room without opening the window attracting tons of mosquitos. |

Friendly helpful staff The rooms were poor had I seen a picture of the bathrooms I would not have booked this hotel. The first room we were shown to was very poor and had they not moved us I would not have stayed in the hotel. The second room was still not good but acceptable. I have booked another room through your site at the end of May but will do further reasearch and may cancel. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, we left our bagage after check-out for all the day. Excellent location in downtown and price! Only 20-30 minuts by walk from main trainstation ( I think we don't needed couch bus 14, when we arrived, it was crawded in evening) Thats small short street situated just between Via dell'Anguillara and Borgo de' Greci (its join this two streets near piazza Santa Croce) Anywhere, hotel staff give you quitegood map after your arriving. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful-- recommended resaurants; helped with museum tickets, tours. No elevator, lots of stairs. |

The location is excelent. Quiet place. The breakfast is very poor. The bedroom was not very clean and the bathroom is very small. Some of the staff were very professionals, but others weren't available and nice at all. They have no elevator and getting to the room with all the luggage and no help at all is a very difficult thing to do. |
