Hotel Santa Croce  

Erinomainen sijainti, lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja silti rauhallinen. Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Siistit huoneet, ilmastointi. Aamiainen vaatimaton, mutta cappucino/espresso valmistetaan jokaiselle henkilökohtaisesti.

Parasta hotellissa on keskeinen sijainti! Hotelli sopii budjettimatkailijoille tai matkailijoille, jotka käyvät vain nukkumassa hotellilla. Sopii hyvin myös shoppailijoille, sillä kauppoja on silmän kantamattomiin. Aamiainen on italialaistyyliin makeahko korppuineen ja hilloineen & henkilökunta valmistaa kahvit jokaiselle yksitellen, joten suomalaista laihaa ja vanhentunutta kahvia et saa. Huone oli hieman kulunut, mutta kuitenkin kohtuullisen siisti. Yöpyjiä oli ympäri maailmaa.

Suihkusta tuli vettä nihkesti ja seinillä oli jonkin verran pölyä.

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the old part of Florence, you can walk to the Uffizzi or Ponte Vecchio. Also, secure parking is available at a large nearby underground garage.

The best I liked form this Hotel is that they are very professional and I felt at home especially with the breakfast ,by the way the cappucino was one of the best I ever had!.For my next time in Firenze I would like to stay at Hotel Santa Croce.

The location, in a little side street off the road that links Plazza Sante Croce and the Piazza della Signoria is ideal for sight seeing as you are in the middle of everything. At one end of the road is a cocktail bar Oibo, where every evening you can get one drink and a buffet for E8 - sit at the roadside seats and watch the world go by.

Would have liked a softer bed. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was poorly appointed. It was expensive for the facilities provided. The website gave the impression that it was much more comfortable than it was in reality. It has a very narrow, steep staircase for example from a small entry, no phones in the rooms and our room was clearly set up for a group of four people. The double bed was two singles made up together!! And there were two other single beds in the room. The bathroom was cramped and not wired in the modern way with a lot of mildew in the shower stall.
