suddenly my husband had problems with walking, and the staff was so friendly to move us from the 3rd to the first floor. They helped with the luggage,made phonecalls for us, asked how my husband felt,called a doctor,were always very friendly...so, I really recommend this hotel;friendliness and help in a foreign country are more important than luxury!

breakfast could be a bit larger!

I loved it's location. It's next to Santa Croce Square and 5 minute walk to Duomo and other great sites. It was also priced well for a hotel in this location that was at least 3 stars.

The room was not what was pictured on their site. Very small room, barely could move around the bed. The bathroom also not what they showed on their site, very small and almost couldn't fit to use. Also, not a lot of ventilation, A/C worked ok but just enough so you wouldn't sweat at night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was poorly appointed. It was expensive for the facilities provided. The website gave the impression that it was much more comfortable than it was in reality. It has a very narrow, steep staircase for example from a small entry, no phones in the rooms and our room was clearly set up for a group of four people. The double bed was two singles made up together!! And there were two other single beds in the room. The bathroom was cramped and not wired in the modern way with a lot of mildew in the shower stall.

Friendly staff who are always willing to staff. Superb location and value for money.

Posizione impagabile, vivace ma non rumorosa di sera, e ideale per raggiungere a piedi qualunque cosa. Stanza piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Staff cortese e disponibile. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo.

Solo I quattro piani di scale (l'ultimo dell'hotel) per raggiungere la camera. Colazione non particolarmente varia, ma comunque apprezzabile.

O hotel é de uma simplicidade franciscana, mas muito limpo e com uma localização excelente. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Fiquei lá 2 semanas e voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, sem medo de errar.

O hotel não possui elevador, mas como fiquei no quarto térreo foi perfeito para mim.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Situé au centre de la vielle villes mais dans un quartier plutôt paisible. Très bon service. Recommende l'établissement pour un séjour à Florence

Très bon accueil . Responsables très présents et à notre service . Prise en charge à la porte de l'hôtel de notre véhicule pour aller le garer dans un parking proche (payant)

Chambre et douche vraiment petites

Tosi ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti myös hyvä hintaan nähden.

Paljon portaita mutta ystävällinen henkilökunta auttoi laukkujen kanssa. Todella pieni huone! Wifi toimi vaihtelevasti. Aamiainen oli huono eikä kahvia ja leipää saanut ottaa itse.

Centralissimo, veramente comodo per girare la città in tutto relax con la possibilità di fare una capatina in albergo nel momento del bisogno. Staff molto cordiale e gentile.

Essendo veramente centrale è anche rumoroso, consiglio di portare tappi per le orecchie perché I rumori della strada nel week end sono continui fino a notte inoltrata. Letti non proprio comodissimi -ma per un week end si può sopportare!
