The room was really big and nice enough. Nice view of the santa maria novella church but we had a hard time seeing it based on the angle. The location was great for viewing the sites as the duomo was only a 5 minute walk and the train station was a 5 minute walk - good for catching the bus to the plaza michelangelo. Nice free breakfast in the morning. The staff wasn't as resourceful as I would have liked. The lobby area wasn't that great for hanging out - so go there only for sleep. We had a nice free breakfast in the morning but ordered 2 diet cokes. They did not tell us until they opened them that they were 7 euro each - for small diet cokes. Ridiculous! |

very good decoration, really into florentine atmosphere I think, very convenient position near the center and the railway station, excellent breakfast, staff very amicable and helpfull first floor rooms with view at the back side could have a better view, maybe if that space was more atrium like with few plants, etc |

Excellent hotel in terrific location. Room overlooking the piazza was impecable, and the beds and linens were superb. Breakfast (very nice) and wireless both free. Front desk delivered on a couple tough requests (though some were more helpful than others). An ideal hotel for a visit to Florence, though a rate of 300+ euro (for the Saturday night) was a bit tough to swallow. Otherwise, perfect. |

A very good location in the centre of Florence. Just a little noisy as there were renovation works ongoing on the building next door. As others have said the breakfast could do a little more variety and change on a daily basis. |

Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Room was large with great marble bathroom. Room overlooked Piazza but was also quiet due to double glazed windows. Breakfast very good. Would only stay here in Florence! |

How accessible the hotel was in relation to all the historic buildings yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. |

1st room was great. Quiet and large with good bath facilities. Our trip was split, so we had a different room on our 2nd stay. It was smaller, more noisy, and the tub/shower combination was too small. See comment on 2nd room. |

Outstanding quality and comfort. Excelent breakfast. Near the Railway Central Station (10 min on foot). Also it is near the historical center. Perfect. Costly, but sumptuous. |

Within walking distance of teh Florence train station and many tourist attractions. It felt like a 4 Star Hotel in terms of services and extras. The breakfast was excellent. It was a little difficult to find as it is tucked away on the corner of a Piazza that was undergoing some construction and not easily visible. Although we knew we were close we took some time to locate it. Go straight out of the station through the main doors and not to the left- we were confused as our directions to get there had indicated we should go left when leaving the station. |

Gaze over the cultural city of Florence, with panoramic rooftop views and rooms overlooking the cloisters of the church of Santa Maria Novella. |
On a quiet city street, this renovated 20th century palace is home to the Hotel Albani Firenze, and is very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. |
The Golden Tower is a luxury boutique hotel with its own spa and wellness centre, set right in Florence’s most exclusive district. Palazzo Strozzi is right next door. |
The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
