De correcte medewerkers van het hotel, luxe ontbijtlokatie, centrale ligging in de stad, romantische kamer, dagelijks genoeg badhanddoeken etc, prima matrassen. Misschien iets te gehorig op de gangen, zoals in zoveel hotels. |

De twee kamers bij elkaar en de parkeerservice. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Wij hadden mooie kamers met balkon. De ligging was gunstig ten opzichte van het centrum. |

Een allervriendelijkste receptionist regelde voor ons - mijn vriendin en mijzelf- bij aankomst 2 uitstekende, luxe kamers, die volgens mij beter en mooier waren dan waar wij aanspraak op konden maken cf. De prijs die wij hebben betaald. De vriendelijkheid en voorkomendheid van het andere personeel is opvallend. Een uitstekend ontbijt. Goede bedden. Schoon!!!! |

Gastvrij hotel, zeer centraal gelegen dus veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Sfeervolle inrichting en goed engels sprekend personeel. Een aanrader. Om op de 6e verdieping te komen moet je een onlogische traject afleggen met de lift, eerst naar 2e daarna via gangen en trappen weer met andere lift naar 6e. Beetje zoeken voor mensen met weinig orientatievermogen. Ontbijt niet bijzonder. |

Loved the location as close to station and to the attractions. Also the staff were excellent with nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spacious with fantastic view of the piazza. Breakfast was very basic and the lifts were slow |

What a great location minutes from the Station and main bus depot and very handy for the Pisa Airport transfer. Everything in central Florence is within 15 mins walk from the hotel which looks over a lovely quiet square so no traffic noise.Our room was 601 top floor with a roof terrace and the most spectacular views over Florence and the Tuscan countryside.The room has a large porthole window over the bed which has the best view of the Duomo money can buy - 215 euros per night but worth it and Florece is expensive anyway . We will return |

Nice elegant room, firm bed, good view. Very polite staff at reception.Easy to get to from the train. Loud humming sound which was only noticeable when trying to sleep, even with earplugs on. Expensive. |

The location is excellent; a stone throw from the major attractions in Florence. The room I stayed was neutrally decorated, relatively spacious and comfortable. The bathroom, albeit small, had the required facilities for a 4* hotel. Although the surroundings of the hotel are a bit noisy at times, the windows are double glazed and the aircon is pretty good; hence, this was not a problem. The staff was incredibly helpful. |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall atmosphere very cosy and hospitable. Great location, spacious and very clean rooms. Overall, a great hotel that will surely recommend for anyone visiting Florence either for business or leisure. |

Stayed in the junior suite which is spacious and has a sitting area for just a little extra charge then the standard double room, the hotel is well located, overlooking the santa maria square, and in walking distance to the center and train station. The free internet was also a plus. Had to use two lifts and go down stairs in order to get to my room with a baby pram which was not so convinient. |

The room was spotlesly clean. you can get suspecious about the hotel facilities at the first impression, but staying one night will totally change our mind. the breakfast was good and staff were friendly. location was excelent. the air conditioning can be better, but it was working.the internet use was not easy as you had to re-login every now and then |

The fact that it was right in front of the Santa Maria Novella Church which is just a block from the train station nad center of the city of Florence. |
