comfortable room, convenient location close tothe central train station (we were travelling around a lot). Although I was a bit concerned about the area after reading other reviews, we did not have any problems and the area seemed not that bad at all. Breakfast! The breakfast buffet would have been appropriate for a 2 star hotel but not for the 4 star one. As all higher floors except the ground and the first one are under renovation, the restaurant and apparently the kitchen are closed. Thus, forget omlette or meat and any other hot food for breakfast. |

The hotel is in an excellent position very close to rail station. Breakfast was good too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free internet! There was a smell from the bathroom. I had to keep the door closed. |

Atmosfera accogliente e personale cortese e competente. Le camere, silenziose e pulite. La posizione centrale dell'hotel consente spostamenti agevoli nel centro storico e con la metro si può arrivare ovunque. Ottima colazione. |

Un albergo nel pieno centro della stazione ferroviaria attorniato da una miriade di persone di ogni nazionalità, sembra di stare a Tunisi. L'albergo è dignitoso ma non funziona l'impianto di climatizzazione e quindi,nel caso, si moriva di caldo. Il frigobar è vuoto e viene riempito solo a richiesta, abbastanza strano per un 4 stelle. |

Habitación bien insonorizada. Los colchones de las camas eran cómodos. Personal muy amable. Situación buena para coger los trenes a Roma y Pompeya. El desayuno corresponde a un hotel de 3 estrellas, poca variedad pero no te quedas con hambre. |

Das Ambiente gefiel uns sehr gut, denn es erinnerte an alten Adel, leider zum Teil etwas ins Bröckeln geraten (Aufzug, Klimaamlage, Einrichtung), da vieles nicht einwandfrei funktionierte. Für den Preis aber trotzdem in Ordnung! Der Kreditkartenleser funktionierte (auch) nicht, daher mussten wir bar bezahlen, womit wir aber nicht gerechnet hatten. Es war dann etwas schwierig, einen Bankomaten zu finden, der unsere - sonst überall auf der Welt akzeptierte - Bankomatkarte nicht abwies. Da wir uns schlussendlich darüber beschwerten, bekamen wir 20 Euro Preisnachlass. |

Gentillesse et l'accueil des gens. La propreté des chambres et de l'hôtel. Proximité de la gare pour aller à Pompéi ou à l'aéroport par exemple. Le déjeuné n'est pas un déjeuné. Il n'y a rien (beurre, confiture en boite, pain sec, café, lait et eau) pour un 4 étoiles merci la surprise. Je suis d'ailleur allé acheté mon pain et mes fruits dehors. |
