centrally situated for tourists, safe area at night, position close to river. Walls too thin,noisy,no lounge area,no bar,had to ask for hot water to make tea which I had purchased myself |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located. There is not enough room in the breakfast area, we had to wait too long. |

Our stay at the Hotel Sant'Angelo was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. The continental breakfast was also very nice. I thought the room was nice for what we paid and there is also a hair dryer in the room. |

Convenience to transportation. Breakfast was filling. The hotel staff are well trained to address your need. Clean facility. For the price, the accommodations was a very good deal. The shower is just right for us but would have been impossible to accommodate a larger person. |

near distance by feet from many important sights, very helpfull and polite staff, near public transportation stations (metro, bus lines) very expensive for the facilities and the comfort that provides, very thin walls that you could hear everything from the next rooms, no mini bar and fridge in the room, the bed was two iron camp beds put together ant they have placed on the wall a wooden back for the bed, small room, small bathroom, small shower, very poor breakfast. |

The location, the staff. This is my fourth visit to Rome and stay at the Hotel! I like it! The only thing was I was looking for a single room and I ended up with a double so I spent more than what I wanted to. |

Hotel is in great location, close to St Peters, centre of Rome and shopping areas. Easy walking to everywhere that we wanted to go.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. |

The location is great, staff friendly and room OK for this price (we were there in January and paid 60€ per night). The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything around/be heard. Some sound proofing would be most welcome! Also the room was a little cold and we couldn't turn the temperature up, but we collected an extra blanket from reception and were fine. |

Very wellcoming staff, gool location and quitness of the room Very cold floor in the rooms and very thin walls. Without neighbours it was really quite, but after ather arrival of the other visitors it was too much noise. During the final evening the problems with electricity has occured, but this could be an accidet. |

ottima posizione e biancheria pulita avevamo due camere e su entrambe scarico del water rotto, ruscello d'acqua tutta la notte, tv senza canali italiani, sala colazioni minuscola e praticamente in portineria, sul sito uff i prezzi sono alti e i rimborsi che dicono di effettuare nel caso si trovasse offerta migliore non esistono quindi viva Booking.com!! :-) Il parcheggio costa 35 e non 30 come dicono! L'hotel è praticamente ricavato da due piani (superiori) di un palazzo |

Està cerca de todo. El personal muy amable y el desayuno. La limpieza es un desastre: cuando llegamos habia basura en el cubo del baño, habia un papel de tampon en el armario y habia mucha humedad en las paredes del baño, sobre todo dentro de la ducha. Y el vater no funcionaba bien. |

Bra läge och bra frukost. Vi bodde på hotellet fem nätter och rummet blev städat varje dag. Hjälpsam personal. Lyhört mellan rummen, men vi hörde inte så mycket ifrån trafiken. |

El hotel está bien ubicado y el personal del hotel es agradable y servicial. Los muebles son viejos y la limpieza es deficiente, había un montón de pelusas de bajo de la cama. Había días que no había agua caliente. |

tiene muy buena ubicacion y la relacion precio-calidad es buen. el ascensor tiene poco espacio y al ser compartido con restantes habitantes del edificio provoca algunas complicaciones. |

Receptionisterne veluddannede og vidende og meget hjælpsomme, og hotellet havde receptionist alle døgnets 24 timer. Morgenbuffetten var god og pænt serveret. "Pigerne" var meget opmærksomme og søde, selvom de havde meget trange arbejdsforhold. Værelset var godt, meget pænt og rent med virkelig gode senge. Badeværelset var lille og brusenichen er kun til slanke mennesker. Skabene burde have flere hylder og så manglede der bøjler, hvilket vi gjorde receptionisten opmærksom på, men først ved afrejsen, og det skulle vi da have gjort før. Hotellet er virkelig godt, men har helt bestemt nogle begrænsninger mht. plads, |

Cet hotel est très bien situé, proche des différents sites à visiter + ballades et très bien désservi par les transports. L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique. Malheureusement, l'hotel est en travaux, d'ou des bruits très tôt le matin.
