I loved the location of the hotel and the fact that the airport shuttle bus is just around the corner. You should put this on your website and tell people a little more about the shuttle bus and how convenient it is to get to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again as it is so convenient. The staff at reception didn't always understand English. We asked for a towel as we were one short in our room and no-one gave us one. Also when we went for breakfast there often wasn't any croissants or tea. We always had breakfast quite early too. I think the breakfast itself is very good but there didn't seem to be much of it. This definitely needs to be improved.

Superb location, price and staff make this hotel. The fact that the rooms are clean and just right for a city break elevates it further. Near to the Tiber and an airport shuttle stop (8€ one way) and a walkable distance to the Vatican and the Pantheon, this hotel comes with my hearty recommendation. If I was picky I would say the beds could be better and so could the coffee in the breakfast room. The coffee was awful!

Excellent location - 10 minute walk to all main sights and old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy transport from airport - Shuttle bus leaves stand 1 at Fiumicino airport and 1st stop is Piazza Cavour, 3 min walk from there to hotel, 8 euro 1 way. Comfortable bed, powerful shower, clean room. Excellent value considering location in central Rome. Slightly noisy - as it's so central there is some noise from outside, but price you pay for being so central, earplugs would block out any sound (windows are double glazed and you have shutters so noise is minimum but you can hear some traffic in the monring).

Very good location and friendly and helpful staff. Nice buffe type breakfast included. Good value for the money. Rooms are a bit too small incl. bathroom with shower that definetely is a size too small. We got a very small room the first night (even if we booked 7 months ahead) but could change to a better room the rest of the stay.

Brilliant location. We had a Roma pass which included free transport which meant we could hop on & off the no. 87 bus from Piazza Cavour just outside the door which took us straight to the Colosseum etc Tiny lift, small room, quite noisy at night

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - everyone was pleasant in all our interactions.\ The breakfast was good value, and the location was also very good...close to everything, but also across the river which gave a bit of a break from the hectic pace of the city. It was a little noisy at night (could hear everything in the hallways etc) and the rooms are small - but for value for money this was fine.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the desk and breakfast room staff spoke good English.. The breakfast was excellent value for money and it was copious. The location was very good; walking access to many of the tourist sites both in the city and in the Vatican and close to the metro station Lepanto (line a) for the ones further afield. There are also some good places to eat close by, so you can return at the end of the day, eat and relax before retiring for the night. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing missing was an armchair in my room; however, there was a small lounge area set up in the corridor.

Friendly efficient staff. Location was excellent for Vatican and walking to Piazza Navona. Good breakfast, fresh fruit. Price was reasonable. The room was nothing like the website showed. It was a box, 2 beds and a cupboard. Shower cubicle was tiny, room was just big enough for 2 women to walk around. It was so noisy outside up until 2:00 - 3:00 in the morning, shutters going up and down, cars, people shouting. Early hours in the hotel was also noisy. I don't think the staff could have done anything about it, so not their fault, but very difficult to get any rest.

Great location, very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable mattresses just a shame our bed was two singles pushed together. Toilet was rather small & the shower was a squeeze to get into and didnt drain very well. Room was in desperate need of painting. Corridor leading to room still shows bare timber from extension work.

Close proximity to nearly all the sites. The showers were a bit tired and mold appearing in the shower cubicle and shower curtain needed changing. They only supplied tea in the room and asked maid for coffee, she said she didn't provide any.

Pretty good location.Good breakfast. Cleaning disappointing. The bathroom very dirty, unpleasant smell, no ventilation and full of mold. I was afraid to touch anything in that bathroom. In the room can hear the slightest movement in neighboring rooms. Room had no heating.Water flowed from the refrigerator. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best location! Walking distance to everywhere in the same time located on the quiet beautiful street. Airport shuttle stop is in 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff is super helpful and nice. Rooms are very clean. The building and interior has charming ancient character. Internet is free and there is computer in the hall. Great breakfast too. And the price is surprisingly inexpensive. I am very happy with my choice!

Hotel is in a good location for walking to all near by historical sites and a good value. Staying at second building was not much of a problem. Rooms a little small but equivalent to European standards.

The recepcionists Carlo and Cipriano are great! They do everything to help in any trouble. The room is cleaned two times a day. Very good hotel with a very good price. One night, the shower didn't became hot, only warm. The trouble was solved in the day after.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and felt that contrary to what other people have said about the breakfast not being sufficient. Then I can say it was excellent, plentiful and very good choice. Shower cubical in bathroom was small and the rooms on the same floor as reception were noisy as you could hear every word the night porter was saying. What made it worse was that it also echoed down the corridor.

Very nice indeed. You are greeted by very nice people, professionals who know what they are doing. there are two sections and both are great. Attentive staff, give you sweets when you arrive and the information you require. It is a pleasure to be in these old, high ceiling buildings which remind you that you are in Rome and not in any other big city where the non personalized style is all over the place. It is really the place to go if you want a relaxing, comfortable, clean and friendly place to rest from the wonderful walks across Rome. Highly recommended and, mind you, I do a lot of travelling. Water could be a little hotter.

The hotel was great value for money. You got exactly what you paid for. It is not 5 star quality by it is also far from 5 star prices. I enjoyed it vey much. I would stay there again. Really close to brilliant restaurants and all of the main sites are within walking distance.
