Gyönyörű környezet, egy park közepén. Nagyon csendes, de ugyanakkor közel a belvároshoz (na nem 10 perc séta a Szent Márk tér, de fél órán belül...). És ritka, hogy az internet ingyenes a szobában... Néha a szöveteket tisztíttathatnák alaposabban, de alapvetően tiszta, világos szoba. A személyzet feltűnően mogorva (már a helyiek, a vendégmunkás udvarias, kedves), bár ez egész Velencében általános volt...:( A lift kicsi és lassú, ketten 1 bőrönddel alig fértünk be. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was neat and comfortable. I liked that the hotel is located in a quiet side of Venice away from all the tourists even if it's a bit far from the city center and the train station. Breakfasts were excellent and a great variety. The room was a bit small and the hotel is a 20min walk or 28min water boat ride from the center. However, it's a lovely walk! |

comfortable hotel. Relaxing location with easy access to major attractions of venice loud building work outside of room window, however this was only a minor issue and renovation/building work all over venice to upkeep this most beautiful historic city. |

We felt welcome from the outset, the staff were very helpful, our room was made new every day magically when we were out, the breakfast feast was amazing, the hotel was in a quiet location away from the busy precincts, yet a short walk to the frequent water bus which in itself was a scenic tour to all the stops in Venice. We got a 3-day waterbus pass so costs were minimal to explore all of Venice and nearby Lido and Morano, and the use of the hotel internet was complimentary. |

The hotel was located near a huge park one could walk through and in 10 minutes reach a local shopping and eating area. It was also no more than two blocks from the sea wall at the tip of Vienna. Use of a local water taxi was efficient, cost effective and enjoyable. It was a 20 minute walk from San Marco Square and all the noise and bustle and millions of people in "down town" Venice. |

A peaceful retreat after a busy day touring the very busy centre of Venice, you felt like you were miles away but you were within walking distance of St Mark's Square and even easier hopping on and off the Vaporetta with stops nearly outside the door. A bit too expensive at £200 per night! |

The rooms were quite big in size and newly furnished. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good. Though not right into city centre it is in mainland and takes only 10 mins to Piazza San Marco by waterbus. They should consider providing a toilet on ground floor. |

Junior suite spacious, nicely designed (room 218); location: an oasis of relaxation but still close to major attractions, boat stop just 150m away from hotel, beautiful garden, nice breakfast, beautiful walk along the water side. Very happy with the hotel. They could have a better tea selection in the room though. |

Plesant hotel last stop on Line 1 before the Lido a GOOD 15 minutes walk from St Marks but pleasantly situated and easy to get to. Use the tourist 3 day travel ticket and get bus from airport and then Vaporetta No 1. 200m from stop! |
