Hotel Santoli is a family-run hotel in Porretta Terme, at the borders of Tuscany. The hotel offers a spa center with swimming pool and Turkish bath. The spa center also features emotional showers, different kinds of hydro-massage, and a relaxation area with herbal teas. All rooms at the Santoli come with a balcony and satellite TV. Do miejscowości Porretta Term prowadzi widokowo urokliwa (chociaż powolna) trasa. Ładny jest też widok z okna na 4 piętrze. Duży, zacieniony (ale obskurnie betonowy) balkon.Duży, bezpłatny parking. Hotel nie posiada basenu!!! To co w ofercie jest nazwane basenem okazało się kilkumetrowym jacuzzi ze zwykłą (nie termalną) wodą, dostępnym za dodatkową, wygórowaną opłatą. W ofercie hotelu nawet wejście na taras widokowy na 5 piętrze jest płatne, ponieważ połączone jest z korzystaniem z sauny. Basen dostępny jest w pobliskim kompleksie sanatoryjnym, oczywiście też płatny. Wystrój hotelu przypomina skrzyżowanie wojskowych koszar z przedszkolem. "Malunki" na ścianach mogą się podobać chyba tylko matce "artysty", który je zmalował. Na 4 piętrze ciśnienie ciepłej wody jest tak małe, że trudno wziąć ciepły prysznic. Śniadania bardziej niż skromne; do wyboru - albo w miarę dobra kawa za dodatkową opłatą, albo brunatna ciecz nazywana kawą ze zdezelowanego automatu. Z oferty restauracji nie odważyliśmy się w tych warunkach skorzystać. Położenie hotelu pomiędzy Bolonią i Florencją nie daje niestety możliwości wygodnego połączenia z tymi miastami ponieważ droga dojazdowa, mimo że ładna, nie pozwala na szybką jazdę. Liczne serpentyny i ograniczenia prędkości wydłużają bardzo czas podróży samochodem.

Disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia del personale; albergo pulito, buona cucina casalinga, eccellente il sorbetto al caffè e il nocino. Prima colazione un po carente nella qualità.

La gentilezza del personale, la pulizia delle camere, l'ambiente calmo e rilassante. La zona termale è a pagamento ed è piuttosto cara. La colazione è abbondante ma la qualità dei prodotti non è adeguata al livello dell'hotel. Sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore cura nella scelta di prodotti di migliore qualità.

bello il centro benessere che purtroppo non si può usare se non vi si pernotta, peccato perchè so potrebbe usufruirne pagando il prezzo anche senza il pernottamento, visto che non c'è propriamente la ressa, anzi|! consiglierei al proprietario di cambiare idea, potrebbe aumentare i guadagni senza creare disagi allaclientela accettando prenotazioni limitateperl'usodelcentro benessere,piscina,idromassaggio,docceemzionali, sauana, bagno turco ed altro, veramente tutto ok molto strano che non abbiano accettato la carta di credito per pagare, sempre autorizzazione al pagamento negata! il bancomat invece si tutto ok (circuiti diversi, diverse commssioni,la cosa resta dubbia fatto sta che è un fattore di disagio non da poco perchè se non si ha un bancomat e non si hanno i contanti il problema diventa fastidioso, strano poi perchè la carta usata in giornata è stata subito accettata,fate attenzione perchè questo fatto può mettere in difficoltà pagando al momento di andar via. non troppa chiarezza alla reception sulle informazioni, nel complesso il giudizio resta positivo anche se potrebbe esser stato molto positivo senza questi aspetti
