Ok for people who don't care much -it's a 1star hotel, you have what you should expect
The apartment was right at the central street, which ensures easy access to transport, as well as allows one to visit all of the main tourist objects by walking. It is close to the historic centre and Domo.
The quality and aesthetic comfort of the apartment was a bit below the expectations. Could have been cleaner. The wifi didn't work in our apartment; we had to go to the corridor to be able to connect to it.
I actually like evryth. in this hotel
Very good price, close to shopping street and to central station, friendly staff.
We liked the location very much. Just in the middle of everything.
The WiFi is real bad. The breakfast is a big big joke.
There was no locks on doors anybody could get entry to anywhere. There were no lockers Land lady was screaming at someone through night. There were no communal kitchen facilities couldn't even make a cup of tea. I got the feeling it was being run as an alternative business. Would have moved but was so tired from traveling Felt very unsafe here
+Location close to Milan Centrale. Midway between Centrale and Duomo - with Porta Venezia metro station providing good connectivity +Water, coke etc. available at reception on payment
-Bathroom door had broken lock -No in-room self catering options/water jug or glasses -Elevator didn't work sometime, so you'd need to climb the stairs -Poor wifi, doesn't work most of the time
the room was clean and also the bathroom although it was shared
a bit noisy
Just a tad bit closer to station but that aint enough!
The staff didnt have the room ready which means we got a dirty room and the door doesnt even close properly! Needed a printout for our tickets as they were last minute and they couldnt help us at all!!
Great location Staff were great had a balcony which we didn't expect
no on-suite pricey considering the quality
close to train station, free wifi
1 of 3 shared bathrooms were not working. loud and noisy. it was good because i was looking for more affordable stay to crash one night before heading to venice. but not to go back ever.
The personal was really polite, and the breakfast is enough
the aspect of the place but inside is more beauty, and the lack of power points in the rooms, the wifi doesn't work good and some bed was not to comfortable
-Good location in the city centre, nearby: restaurants, small supermarket, shopping street, metro and bus-station. -there is a luggage-room for storing the bags after checking out -mostly friendly staff -24h-reception -cheap and perfect for a short and low-budget city-trip.
-The cleaning is okay but the bathroom is a little dirty -It's hot in the night, there is no air condition but an ventilator -Wifi is really bad (only at the reception good) -you can only borrow a hairdryer at the reception, that you have to give back every day for the other guests -breakfast is only a coffee/tea and a packaged chocolate-croissant -the door of the room was really difficult to close -the lift often didn't work -TV has only italian channels
Hot, noisy, rude staff, dirty bathrooms. Please don't stay at this place!
Location was very good. You can reach to the center by walking. (It takes 15 minutes approxamitely) there is a supermarket just across the street and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
Sheets were not that clean. They were stinking.
We love that it was prefect for locations. There was small convenient store across the street that was lovely. The metro station was only a 5-8 min walk depending on which on you caught.
I didn't like the fact that I couldn't keep my key. I also didn't like that the wifi connection wasn't as strong as i expected. Also I paid for breakfast and never received breakfast.
Poor electrical facilities in the dorm (only two electricity plugs in a dorm for four). Only one light in the dorm (no table lamps beside the bed).
Location in the City Centre
City Centre location
Any thing else :)
The hotel was very convenient to the MTR so going to the duomo & train station was fairly easy. Staff was nice & friendly, place was bright & clean, area seems to be quiet safe. Lots of shops & some good cafes nearby the hotel. Would recommend this hotel- value for money
The room we stayed in was a bit nosy & the WiFi connection was quiet poor.
The shared bathrooms were always clean
they told me that i had to pay only with cash
It is a horrible hostel, should not be called a hotel. Be aware YOU HAVE TO SHARE A BATHROOM which is not advertised on booking.com or on the 'hotel' website. It is VERY expensive - you can stay at the nearby Hotel Menini in a quieter and nicer street, with your own bathroom and a fantastic breakfast thrown in for the same price. Do not stay here!
The location is more than perfect
the wifi was not good at all, the shower in the room was broken and there was a stinky smell in the room everytime we come back at night
