Cosy and clean, friendly staff, good breakfast We had slight miscommunication: I asked for adapted room, when we got there, they gave us a room but did not say that it was not specially adapted. It was just an ordinary room

Simple, cute but cosy and quiet hotel, located relatively far from the city centre, however transport connection is very good: metro station Loreto is about 5-6 min. And you will get to the Dome square (Red line, station Duomo) in 10 min train ride. One of the largest shopping streets Corso Buenos Aires is also in 6-7 min walking distance. Although the hotel's breakfast is very symbolic, you may find very good dining options around Loreto square. Central Train Station is about 25 min. Rooms and amenities were clean and well maintained. Personnel was very kind and helpful, now they have a free city map available. Breakfast is very simple, but enough to start the day.. Seems that rooms have no heating and sometimes it might be really cold at night but they do not have blankets...despite the hotel is good the price asked (even through booking.com) makes the value for money ratio very low, unfortunately.

The air condition runs automaticaly according to the weather condition, a clean room and a good location near the Loretto Metro station and railway stations. Poor breakfast as usual in Italy. Too small room. A TV with only Italian channells.

Hotel Sara is a small family hotel, with very polite and accurate staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. The rooms are small, but pretty enough for a couple. Another advantage of the hotel is its vicinity to a metro station and the main shopping street (Corso Buenos Aires). At the same time it is located in a very calm and silent street, so the guests could enjoy the city night in the inner garden. The cappuccino in the morning is magic! Would stay again in the hotel and would definitely recommend it! No maps of the city in the hotel. The breakfast is modest and too sweet.

Location was good, pretty close to the metro station and to the university. There was an air-conditioner (not during the night time) and hot water all the time. The room was clean. Didn't like the breakfast, I'm not very demanding in this sense but if you get up not early then it may happen that you won't have any milk for the corn flakes or no croissants will be left.

The hotel is quite nice, very near from the Metro, and the personnel is very welcoming . we hasd the great surprise to have a terrasse in the room! very good ratio quality/ price for Milano ! it could be noisy , as we could here the guy from the other room snoring - we were lucky this time but could be disturbing

приветливый и внимательный персонал. в день приезда, нам в номер принесли каппучино с пожеланиями хорошего отдыха (пустячок, но приятный). низкая цена. номера без излишеств, но чистые и оснащены всем необходимым. было немного прохладно ночью, нам выдали второе одеяло. завтрак нормальный (плюшки, йогурт, сырная и мясная нарезка, хлопья с молоком, кофе/чай). я впервые остановилась в отеле уровня 2*, но дискомфорта не чувствовала, главное понимать, что вы остановились не в 4*-5*, а в 2*. желаю всем отличного отдыха) плохая шумоизоляция.

Lo mejor del hotel Sara es la relación calidad-precio. Está muy bien situado, al lado de la plaza Loreto por la que pasan dos de las tres líneas de metro que hay en Milán y en 15 minutos estás en el Duomo. Por el precio de sus habitaciones sin duda merece la pena y volvería a repetir. El personal es muy atento y amable. Totalmente recomendable para un hotel de dos estrellas.

Costa poco ed è abbastanza vicina alla metro Una presentazione trascurata, manca la tenda alla finestra, mancano pomelli e appendini in bagno, il telecomando è rotto, pareti sporche, doccia microscopica, mancano I tappi di lavabo e bidet, luce bagno non funziona, non c'è pane per la colazione

Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La categoria di 2 stelle e' di gran lunga garantita, e secondo me anche superata: le camere molto ben pulite e grandi, il bagno sufficientemente spazioso e altrettanto pulito. Personale cordialissimo: ci hanno pure offerto la possibilita' di deposito bagagli gratuito senza limite di orario. Colazione buona. Posizione buona. Non molto vicino alla uscita della metro (circa 500mt a piedi) ma comunque e' una distanza fattibile.

Расположен отель рядом с метро.Дружелюбный персонал,чистый номер,нормальный завтрак(кофе,чай,йогурт,круассаны,джем и масло). В комнате №8 очень шумно работал кондиционер,а без него было холодно,батареи нет.
